Everytime I make an online order from wingstop and they assign this one they ALWAYS mess my order up… no exaggeration!! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I just got my order and they left off my fries and my brownies but they still charged me for them. And when you call no one EVER answers the phone. If I could I’d rate this location in particular 0stars.

This was by far one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had. It’s baffling how an online order placed an hour in advance could still not be ready on time. I had ordered wings online at 5pm, specifically requesting them to be ready by 6pm. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, the young lady at the front desk displayed a casual and indifferent attitude, informing me that it would only take an additional 3 minutes. Patiently, I took a seat and waited. However, as time dragged on, another 15 minutes passed while I observed other customers coming and going, receiving their orders promptly.

I placed an online order and it was said to be ready between 20-28 mins. I allowed 30 mins to go by to arrive to pick up my food. I arrive my food still wasn’t ready. 15-20 more mins went by still waiting on my online order that i place because it was convenient. When i asked when will my order be ready she said we’re just waiting on fries. Finally I got my food to realize the food had no seasoning and my chicken is cold. This is crazy and I am very disappointed.

My husband and I were there to pick up a few orders. One of the bags was mishandled due to not being secure. The employee that worked there yelled to her co workers the ***** dropped the d*mn bag. I heard her loud and clear. I replied due to it not being secure. The way things escalated after that point is disturbing. The people these companies hire is ridiculous. I’m all for kids working but they lack representation, manners, sense, and the ability to provide customer service. Not only was I disrespected at the highest level my husband was as well. I had never had an issue like this in my life. I have kids the same age as the people working there. Mind you the male employee called my husband a racial slur. This happened a few weeks ago however I will always put my comments and write my reviews no matter the day or the hour. After all of the foolery I was told by the female employee that she is a minor. So, therefore stay in a child’s place. Companies train your employees. The service was negative 5000 and I’ve visited this location many times and never had anything to happen like that before. No apology was given, it was a full restaurant so many people witnessed the audacity of kids yelling at adults but are employees? Parents! Proverbs 26! Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. My kids would NEVER EVER…they KNOW better!

We ordered 5 separate and individual orders as my family all have different preferences. As we entered the dining area no one acknowledged us and staff was just standing and looking around. After 15-20 minutes, we proceeded to ask about our on line order and they all looked at each other confused. After getting order and drinks we arrived home. All 4 meals had been packed together for the exception of a single chicken sandwich that was different. Boneless chicken, tenders and bone in chicken were mixed up and we individually had to separate EACH ORDER. Mind you, they were all DIFFERENT FLAVORS! Fries all bundled up was a mess. If we would of ordered BUNDLE DINNERS, I would of been fine. But all different choices and meals this buffet was a no star rate. Definitely would not be returning to this store nor will I recommend it…..Sorry not sorry

Waited 55 minutes for my order and was emailed time of pickup. When getting to the counter, the rep said they never received my order. They couldn’t find my order even after I showed them my receipt. I am very dissatisfied with this wingstop and not organized at all. Lines were long with people who complained about the food and service. Get it together or find better help. Smdh

Overall food was very under flavored/seasoned. The wings themselves were over cooked/chewy and extremely under seasoned. The fries were very over cooked and extremely over seasoned. Overall I’ve only ever had bad experiences at this location, wouldn’t recommend to any locals or anyone passing by.
