This spot on Ervy is the true definition of a “hole in the wall”. 1st I placed my order online thinking I was picking up from the Zang location. That was my fault! I inadvertently pick the downtown one and boy oh boy was I surprised. I have never been to a WingStop looking like that. Oh and there are strict pickup instructions. Pull up in the back, ring the bell then when you hear the noise Pull on the door and into the dungeon you go. But I ain’t gone hold you, the food was hot and ready and extremely flavorful!!! And they were open til midnight.

Genuinely the WORST wingstop ive ever been too. Who is managing this store? Shame on every worker in this store. i Ordered online and it said my food would be ready in 25 minutes…i waited an HOUR and 15 MIN!!!!!. Wings had feathers on them!!!! I ordered fries…NO FRIES!!. In this midst of this extreeeemely frustrating situation, when i was given my food i said “thank you have a nice day” and the guy could not have sounded more suicidal. “yeah aight” is what i got. Whole place needs to be shut down how are yall even still open?

I’ve been staying downtown for over 5 years and only ordered here twice because the food and service is horrible! This location needs to be closed down for good! It’s a joke . I ordered door dash delivery and ended up walking back to the store when I saw my order wasn’t complete and no one would answer the phone . I literally live 1 street away and my fries was old, cold, no seasoning. I ordered a 10 piece meal ,well done ,bone in wings. I only got 7 wings really not 7 because it was some boneless pieces mixed in that I didn’t order that was rubbery, cold, and still uncooked on the inside. I asked for extra sauce and lemon pepper seasoning and they gave me naked wings. I thought this was a joke. Walked to this location they argued me down saying it wasn’t their store until I got the door dasher on my phone so they could hear. They tried to fix the situation by giving me more wings than I ask for (30pieces of chicken for just 1 me) and it was even worse. Try biting into chicken that’s hard , over cooked, the meat is even crunchy like it’s skin it’s so hard, no new fries and didn’t replace my drink. I feed the homeless people at the Dallas Public Library and walked back home so upset. Neverrrrrrr again y’all better order wings from ROSS AVE ONLY !

I have worked downtown for many years and never know what to expect from a restaurant. This one was a new one on us. You enter through the rear of the entrance to get your food. You press a button and they buzz you in… not too weird, right? As you stand there waiting to be helped, you stand on the stickiest rug ever and have to clean your shoes when you get back to your office.

I loved it!! Hands down the best wingstop I’ve tried in a minute! They don’t answer because it says everything is online order only! No dine in nothing, so be ready to only carry out the food was hot and fresh! Made a mistake on my drinks walked in with my order and immediately corrected! Food was full of sauce i loved it! Delicious. They should get a phone for customer service help though.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered from this location a few times and EVERY time our order is messed up/ missing items. They NEVER answer the phone. Terrible customer service, I’m not sure how they’re still in business. I highly recommend placing your order at the Lemon Ave location instead
