I ordered 2 different types of the new Cajun combo. I first ordered the tenders, and also ordered the sandwich. All of the items had Cajun seasoning, yet none had the ranch and cheese sauce. When there is literally an image on the window of exactly how they are supposed to make it, they just guess and completely mess it up. Further, they didn’t provide any of our sauces with it so that we could do it ourselves.

They gave my food to someone else. I ordered online and came to pick it up. They had no idea where it was. They do not ask for a receipt when picking up. They asked for mine after they had given my food away. I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes or I could’ve gotten a refund that would’ve taken 3 business days. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The cashier had to go back and forth between me and their manager. The manager did not even had the courtesy to talk to me about the error.

This place is TRASH ! All these young kids with no customer service experience just sit there and look at you while not knowing what to do to solve issues. This is my 5th time in a row coming to pick up food the app says is ready and when I get there it’s not . Management non-existent and forget about your orders being correct. I ask for well done everything and my food always come out chewy and not cooked long enough

I’m not a fan of crispy wings. And these are. And I’m not a fan of so much seasoning on the fries. And I personally NEED a honey bbq flavor. HOWEVER, this was my first time. It came w a lot of indecision. (Also – need something for kids as I was bringing three littles and two teenagers.) The reason I am rating a 5 is because of the EXCELLENT customer service. Both ladies at the front tonight were kind and amazing. Thank you!!!!

I’ve had two bad experiences with this location. The first time the wings were too hard, but I decided to give them another try. Paid & ordered wings through Door Dash and after almost an hour, Wingstop cancelled my order. The delivery driver stated Wingstop said they didn’t have an order for me, even though I had confirmation. Called the restaurant, one young lady said they didn’t see the order. After I provided the confirmation, she was able to locate it. She then placed me on hold for about 20 minutes, then phone hung up. I called back, wasn’t greeted, but placed back on hold. Phone hangs up AGAIN, I called back and asked to speak with a manager. That person gets on the phone and stated the delivery driver took the food. Wait, now I’m wondering who’s telling the truth. What happened to my order? Which one is it, you didn’t have an order for me OR did the delivery driver take the food? Nevertheless, I was fully refunded, but I do not plan to visit this location again. Poor customer service…

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! I RECEIVED A BASKET FULL OF CRUMBS FOR FRIES!!!! ALL THE FLATS HAD FEATHERS ON THEM, LIKE WHERE ARE YALL GETTING YOUR CHICKEN FROM?!?! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW BECAUSE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE. I DONT FEEL LIKE DRIVING BACK TO THE LOCATION SO THIS $40 IM GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THE LOSS ON. WHOMEVER THE GM IS FOR THIS LOCATION REALLY NEED TO TAKE THIS STORE BACK THROUGH A FULL TRAINING AND HIRE SOME REAL MANAGERS!
