Went over to this location to order since the online ordering was not working (system down or something to that nature). When I walked in there were others waiting for their orders. The young lady behind the counter greeted me and took my order. Her customer service was on point so that was a BIG plus for me. I give them 4 stars for service and the atmosphere, but the quality of the chicken wings was horrible. I must have plucked close to 30 feathers from the food prior to us even eating it. Then when I did plate it, I still had to pluck feathers from the chicken wings. I was too disgusted to eat it or drive back to there location. Hopefully the restaurant can do a better job of cleaning the chicken and if it is (which I’m almost 99% sure) brought in from a supplier, they should make certain their supplier has thoroughly de-feathered the chicken. Also, they could have at least drained the wings a little longer because they were sitting in a lot of grease in the container. And I had to cook the Hawaiian wings a little bit longer because they were not thoroughly cooked. And parking is really hard at this location due to several restaurants/ businesses in the area. Needless to say that I won’t be going back for their wings anytime soon.

It was pretty packed (the take out like)when I came in but the line went pretty fast. The young lady who took my order was friendly and patient. My wait time was 35 minutes but my order was correct and all my food was hot and fresh so I didn’t mind the wait. The soda area could have used a little help cause stuff was everywhere but other than that it was a nice place. They had sports on the tv so it was a cool atmosphere. I’ll definitely return while I’m living in this area

DO NOT eat at this location. Got some type of horrible stomach virus from the food that put me in the ER. Save the trouble and just go to a different location. Just a bunch of nonchalant and clearly unhygienic teens working here.

Ordered on the website for delivery 75wing with fries etc. Who ever they sent to pick up my order also was attempting to pick up another order at the same time. That person was informed that, that wasn’t allowed and so my order stayed. Over a hr and a half after my order was placed I was still waiting thinking it was getting delivered. I drove up to the place to get my food, of course it was COLD! So I asked for them to REMAKE IT SO IT WOULD BE FRESH! Again this was A HR AND A HALF AFTER I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! The “manager” on duty and I say “manager” very loosely copped an attitude with the person who went back and asked her to remake my food. She got LOUD , OBNOXIOUS, & RUDE stating and I quote “oh naw they gone have to wait I will do it when I can they gone be waiting another 30-45 minutes” at that point I said EXCUSE ME because I wanted you to tell ME since you’re being loud! She walked up STILL LOUD and with a nasty attitude to someone who just spent 143.55$ with your company and stated that I’m gone have to wait it’s going to take a while and quoted me the time of 30-35 minutes cause there where other orders in front of me. REFUND ME was my next words! The other team member who was a manager or lead of some sort CALMLY & RESPECTIVELY talked to me about what took place and I still wanted my REFUND. I told her I respect what she’s saying and the mess she’s trying to clean up but the damage has been done. She politely texted the GM ERICA for my refund and I left! The thing is I would have been COMPLETELY FINE with waiting the additional 30 minutes because I did have 75wings BUT the nastiest person to speak and represent your company drove me away and like I said REFUND ME ! So who ever miss ma’am is with the red hair glasses and a little on the heavy side DO BETTER LOVE and thank you to the kind woman there after who was simply trying to make the damaged situation better! You keep working hard Queen!!

Who ever is taking phone orders (5-12-23)9pm. Young lady Should not have been hired. Rude and when asked to speak to manager they act unintelligent and put you on hold. So hopefully management and corporate check up on these reviews cause they can learn how to properly train there employees if they actually read some of these reviews.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. I placed order online and selected a pick up time for a hour later. I called after I placed online order to push pick up time back. The girl says my order is already prepared so I couldn’t push time back. I asked how was my food prepared and I wasn’t due to pick it up for another 45 minutes? I get there and ofcourse my food is cold.

Called in was put on hold , they never picked up . Walked in and ordered almost 40 min while I watch them bring food to others. I will go to Desoto or Waxahachie, they seem to be more on top of taking care of everyone.

I get it. It’s SuperBowl Sunday and everyone wants wings. I called my order in was told that it would be over an hour. Ok fine. They told me 6:30. I get there, paid for my order, they tell me they can’t find it. I wait a little while longer…. They go back and check again and tell me that they are waiting on fries. 30 more minutes pass, I ask for a refund. The lady who assists with the refund goes to make one last look and says she doesn’t see my order. What the heck!! My biggest issue was the lack of professionalism and customer service that I received. Again, I know that it’s super busy, but being polite goes a long way.
