Ordered a door dash to pick up since we were right next door. Went to pick up and assistant manager joslyn was RUDE, yelled at us saying we were early and there’s 5 tickets in front of us. We were actually 3 minutes late.

This wingstop has great food and good service. But those poor employees need more help or something on the weekends they get slammed pretty bad. I felt guilty for ordering because of how bad it was for them on a Saturday night 🙁 they did their best and I can only imagine how tired they will be when they get home

I have a true dislike for this specific store, the food is never good. Most wing stops are hit or misses but they miss every time. Every single time. They also seem not to know the meaning of fried hard either. Do not waste your time coming to this store, go to the next

Great wings. My favorite are cajun. Yes the fries are salty, but you can order them without salt. Nicky is very friendly. Service is good. If you are in a hurry, call ahead and order. It saves time.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. But unfortunately, I have to leave something to make the public aware of my experience at this store yesterday evening. It is so heartbreaking as a mother of 4 who was waiting to place my order to hear an older woman belittle the younger staff and from what I could hear, sounded more like bullying to me. We live in a world where we see this happen often in schools but in a workplace?…especially, knowing some of the younger staff are high school students just trying to make an extra buck. To the older woman at the cash register…Jocelyn you should be ashamed of yourself and I hope that if you have children of your own, they never have to face how I watched you treat the younger staff, as if you had some kind of power. We are supposed to lead by example to help our next generation not knock them down.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My online order came with two ranch and they forgot to put two ranch in the bag. Went back to the store and they treated me like a liar and were very unprofessional.
