First time ordering from them. Spent over $53.00. I will never do it again. Do not waste your money. They were some of the smallest wings I ever seen, they had a tiny amount of meat on them. They were dry and over cooked. You would thing with wing in thier name they would know how to cook them. The fries were just little tiny pieces and crumbs. They were soggy and not good tasting at all. We through all our fries in the trash. I highly do not recommend that you eat here.

The food is never fresh and my order is constantly messed up, fries are always cold too. The workers were cussing over the in house music and complaining about how long they were there for, the constantly missing items and how due to customers complaining of the food quality and freshness that they were considered lazy. The workers were also complaining about the general management as well. I’m guessing based on how one of the employees told me it was “hell back there” that their work environment isn’t great and it’s directly affecting the quality of the food and the customer experience here. Definitely not coming back here often until something changes!!!

My first visit to this location. The food took a bit long to prepare, but they were busy with to-go orders, so I get it. The only reason for 4 stars is because they wouldn’t let us eat inside the store on a VERY windy day. We made do. We were road tripping, so that was really our only option for such messy food. No hot sauce in the car.

In my experience, Wingstop is one of those places that can be quite good or quite bad depending on how hard the kitchen people are trying. I can confidently say that on Sunday, at lunchtime, at this location the kitchen people were not trying hard at all.

Spent $70 on a dinner that was a complete waste!!! We got the 50pc boneless meal with fries and veggies. The chicken came with so much oil, I was debating if that’s the new sauce on the chicken. The fries was so old tasting. Also, we bought the Cajun corn. It was so hard we couldn’t bite into it.

I have ordered from this store before and it is definitely a hit or miss. When I ordered online today it said it would take over an hour to be ready. From previous experience I know it take most locations about 30 minutes to make, so I got there before the time I was quoted. I’m glad I did because not only was my order ready but there were so many other online orders that were ready as well. My food was barely warm. If I got there at the time I was quoted it would’ve been cold. I heated up my food when I got home. When I arrived to the store it wasn’t busy, it would’ve been nice for the staff to take the extra step to let people who ordered online know their food is ready so that way they would get it fresh since it wasn’t busy and a number is provided. I’ve never had problems with the wings but they constantly barely season their fries.

The service could have been better. The A/C was leaking over every place to sit and what few people were in there were noticable uncomfortable. The wait was pretty insane and uncalled for. There was one worker who noticed our visible irritation and volunteered to check/make our order which he did and it was great and he even came back to check on us a couple times. The only reason it’s not a 1 or 2 star review (they were clearly busy with online orders but damn) was that dude. I wish I could remember his name but he was deaf so won’t be hard to figure out.

Always hot and fresh! We love this place so much. We have tried everything they have. We especially love the chicken tenders. They are always perfectly breaded and nice and meaty. They come in 3 piece or 5 piece , fries, and a drink. The fries themselves are a great treat. Customer service is usually awesome. I would suggest calling in or app order. Them are always very busy.
