Hello the The employees were nice and very helpful The atmosphere was good also but I ordered the boneless barbecue wing. To take home when I got home and was eating them, man, they were hot spicy. And the fries had way too much salt.

EVERY, SINGLE, TIME, IVE GOTTEN DELIVERY… I have not gotten anything that was correct, ranging from the complete wrong order, to missing items and rude employees on the phone, I always ask now to have the delivery driver check the order at the store. This time they didn’t even include half the wings in my order… absolutely awful experiences…. Food is okay but they absolutely need better workers…

I had my husband order me wings (garlic Parmesan) and he got home and there was no garlic and no Parmesan. Soo, maybe I could get I didn’t taste the garlic.. but the manger told me that the Parmesan absorbed in the bread lol. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of.

I made an online to go order at 8pm. It says it would be ready in about 20 minutes and it was ready when I arrived. Cashier was a nice young lady and helped me get in and out very quickly. As far as the food goes, it could have been better. This was my first experience at Wing Stop so I’m not sure if this is a fluke or a common occurrence. I got the 30 mix and match meal. I upgraded my fries to buffalo ranch fries. They were soggy and didn’t seem to be seasoned, but there was barely a drizzle of ranch on a couple fries. The wings tasted good, not much to complain about there. There could be a little more sauce but that’s really the only issue I had. I spent about 45 dollars on the mix and match. For the price I would say that I wish it was just a little better. I’d give my overall experience about a 3.5-4.

Went in about a week ago. Cashier was super sweet and helpful. When she asked for help, no one seemed to bother to help her and a few of the other workers were on their phones. What I’m assuming was the manager came up and had an attitude. Feel bad for the cashier/server. Was there for well over an hour and the other cashier was still on her phone in the kitchen. The fries were soggy and the wings were undercooked. If it wasn’t for the 1st cashier/server I encountered I would be giving this place 0 stars. Do better on management.

I didn’t know that you could mess wingstop wings up.. This location in Jacksonville is not good and barely seasoned. I came home and put in air fryer and reseasoned bcuz omg theirs were NASTY! I gave one star bcuz the ranch was good!

Totally satisfied!! Good food with a good price. I stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings the day before. The 10 traditional wings and iced tea I ordered at Buffalo cost me $16 bucks plus tip. That people is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! Way too expensive! What you see in the pic was only $9.00. And was good! Thank you Wingstop!
