$30 on food that is in the trash. We got two 3 pc tender meals both dry rub. First, we opened them and they were covered in some kind of sauce. Mine was lemon pepper but took 8 paper towels to get the sauce off. Once we bit into them our mouths filled with oil and that’s not an exaggeration. They were literally like biting into salty oil. I haven’t had food that bad to where I couldn’t even suffer through eating it in awhile. The fries were soggy and just unappetizing and we both came to the conclusion not eating any more of it was a better option so we didn’t get sick. Also, there’s no way to request a refund on the app or website. So $30 down the drain. Absolutely disgusting

What can I say. Negative experience. Food ordered at 9:15 promised at 25 min. Arrived payed for order. Male clerk appeared either stoned or simply slow (previous visit he messed order up also) . I gave my name and payed the bill only to be handed a ticket for the wrong order and the wrong customer name. He remained directly in front of me and despite my speaking to him never noted my presence. Minutes pass by and I hailed another female employee who said I would have to call a number to get my money back since it was on a credit card. Noting the price was within two dollars I said would you just like to consider it even and just give me my food? She said yes. However despite exceptionally long time the food was still not ready. Then the manager . Nice lady with pretty eyes and hair came and voided out the first ticket , charged me for the correct order. However the register broke while the credit card was processing so we had to transfer to another machine. So for the 3rd time I swiped my card . No issues this time. Then I waited …and waited ….and waited . After what seemed like the entire time it takes to prepare food, I was given the order . I opened the bag to discover that there was one order of fries missing and one of the wing orders were tossed with the wrong sauce. Not wanting to wait any longer I just asked for the missing fries and left. But this is poor service . It should not be that hard to take an order , cook and bag chicken and fries collect some money. I’ll be honest …despite really liking the food it’s just not worth it. I do feel sorry for the manager lady. She tries but I feel she just does not have enough good personnel to work with. She’s only one person. I doubt I’ll be back just too much hastle. Oh I left with my food at 10:23pm so extra wait time was what….40 min or so past the promised time.

It’s been the third time I went to Wingstop in a month and everytime it’s gotten worse when usually they hook you up. I went today and the fries were still potato’s and soggy and wet and we got the combo and best believe we didn’t eat them. Not only that but I ordered a 10pc and 8 pc and when I got there and on the ticket I was given a 8pc and a 6pc and the man looked at me and said well it’s a 6 pc and didn’t do anything about. Do better Wingstop you use to be fire.

We stopped here for a quick meal while traveling to Little Rock. The inside is small and there isn’t a lot of seating…mostly 2 seater tables, with some 4 seaters along the wall. There were 5 people in my party and we each ordered the 6 piece wing combo. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we realized we should have placed our order prior to getting there. When we finally got our order, I wasn’t clear on which wings were which. We had a total of 10 different wing flavors and they weren’t labeled. I asked the employee and she responded as if I should have just known. After some back and forth, she finally explained them all.

On 7-22 I went in and ordered dinner. One hour later they could not produce my order no they were not that busy). I had an appointment and had to leave so I requested a refund. The manager explained she could not refund a credit card purchase (no I am not joking) and I would have to call corporate for a simple refund. I did and the next day ended up having to fill out a company complaint to get a call back. They gentleman that helped me took the info and had to call me back. He had to send the info up to NCR (not sure who that is and would call when the credit was issued. He sent me a text later that day saying the credit would take up to 7 days. As of Monday I started texting him I have not received a credit. To date I have heard nothing. I have spent a lot of time on a $25 order but I guess I felt is was a matter of principal. Needless to say I am floored a national brand cannot refund a credit card purchase. It is also needless to say it has been a bad and unnecessary experience. I normally don’t write reviews and even more rarely write a negative one. I understand business have issues but the lack of ability to refund a customer when you can’t deliver is something I felt I should share for others to be aware of. I am aware it’s just $25 but the principle is very wrong.
