I only gave 4 stars on service because of the wait those employees are working so hard thet need double the staff!!! I wanted to jump back there and help them the cashier Briittney and manager Tequila couldn’t have been more professional and faster under what their situation!! They need help and a raise!!!! I placed my order, and after 20 minutes of waiting at my table. I checked to see how much longer after seeing other orders filled ahead of mine. Their excuse was waiting on fries. After another 15 minutes, still no food. Canceled my order and left. They did try to fill the order after canceling. I said no, there was no excuse for this!! I do not recommend this location.

I have worked next to this wingstop for almost a year, this is the worst crew I have ever met in my life. I had a customer who’s kid just cut themselves bad so I went over there to ask for some emergency vinegar and even offered to pay for alittle in a cup and they told me they won’t sell it and was flat out rude and lied that they didn’t have any when I know they have it in the back. These people are so rude to customers and are slow at everything they do. They never smile and if you ask a question it is an instant attitude. Literally just needed a splash of vinegar to help a kid who just cut themselves and they flat out lied that they don’t have any or sell it. After working next to this wing stop for 10 months, I recommend EVERYONE to go to another one! They don’t change their oil for MONTHS (I have proof) and we have called and complained to corporate 5 times and they have done nothing for this store but fire the only nice people that worked there. I do not appreciate being lied to over a simple splash of vinegar, when we treat them well when they come to our store. Do not give this wing stop your money, they aren’t clean and they are RUDE!

Been here twice. Thought maybe the first time was an off day. Nope. Second time just as bad. Ordered online and order said 13 minutes. After 40 minutes it was ready. Not a terrible thing due to business being busy. The worst part is the girl at the front with an attitude. She needs to be fired or retrained. Jay Lynn is what she said. Not sure if she was honest. Rude rude rude. The acting manager at least talked to me with courtesy. Never going here again. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Do better Wingstop.

One of THE worst Wingstop’s I ever visited. It was dirty,dark and just missing the mark. Tell me how was my order ready and I just got done ordering not even 2 minutes?And if the workers in there are that thorough then they need to be in a five star restaurant. The reason I gave such a high mark is because there was a young lady that took my order that was sooooo freaking nice,she had blonde hair and blue eyes,I mean REALLY nice and that made my day cause these locals around here are rude AF,no type of manners and they act like you owe them something.
