It was closing time, but the staff went above and beyond to serve me. The food was hot and fresh! Also despite being busy, the staff worked diligently to ensure that all orders were fulfilled promptly and accurately. Additionally, I was impressed at how Jacoby greeted guests, took orders, helped the team in the kitchen, and made sure the restaurant was spotless. I saw how “E” and Hiram both took pride in serving the food and making sure the customers were happy. Big thanks to this amazing team!! I hope to see all of them in management positions soon, because their commitment towards excellent customer service was impeccable!! They represented Wingstop to highest degree!!!

I’ve recently tried many different wing stops around baton rouge and even in Destin, and I hands down give the WIN to the one on Seigen lane. The service is great. The food is better than any of the ones in baton rouge and they give you the right amount of food the way you want it and it should be. They are my favorite and my go to stop.

First time customer here attempting to place an order. Been trying to place an online order for a while now, but your website doesn’t work! It lets me do everything until I get to the part where you pay, and there is no place to enter in your credit card info. Guess I’ll just go somewhere else now, fix your website!

Terrible service. I ordered online and waited an additional 30-45 minutes when I got there. They ended up giving my food away and nobody bothered to tell me until someone noticed I was still siting in the lobby. They were all on their phones and blaring explicit music over the speaker as well. Then they acted like it was my fault when they gave my food away.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT and Very UNPROFESSIONAL IVE BEEN WAITING ON A REFUND FOR 3 weeks for a refund that’s was supposed to be done same day . Called me back to get a refund 02/07 after 2 phone calls requesting a refund from 01/18 then once arrived only refunded half of an order when i never received anything from this location ! I was assisted by a very rude unprofessional manager. Who instead trying to assist with giving me a full refund wants to argue about what i was owed this was my first and last time at this location. 3 weeks for a 30 dollar refund is insane! it’s the principle If i didn’t get an order i need every penny back ! And i will report this location to corporate in the morning !

Ordered my food online and it told me waiting time was about an hour. It was a Friday so I understood. Showed up when my food was expected to be done and STILL had to wait another hour! Nobody greeted me even tho I walked in and out multiple times. But every other person before and after me got greeted. The kitchen workers (2 total on a Friday night) were arguing and yelling and threatening to fight some customers that were unhappy with their orders. I had to walk out at one point because it felt so unsafe and like at any moment shots would pop off. They told me after 2 HOURS of waiting for my food that they were out of fries. It took 2 hours for me to get 10 boneless wings and no fries. I asked for a refund instead and she said she couldn’t give me one. Asked for a receipt to show what time I actually received my food vs when I ordered it, and she said she could not even print me a receipt. Hands down the worst location and worst staff I’ve experienced so far. No wonder I see so many wingstop management positions on indeed every week. Smh. Hopefully management will address the issue with whoever worked night shift on. 9/2/22
