First, I want to say I ordered chicken sandwich combo which is supposed to come with a drink… didn’t get that. Secondly, the wait was over 40min when I was told it’ll only take 15 minutes. Also ordered extra ranch, which I was charged for… didn’t get that. Looking at the chicken sandwich, it was not completely cooked, it was cold, bun soaked with sauce which makes it extremely soggy… absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The food was fresh. The staff was friendly. At first, I was told my order would be ready in about 5 min, but when the young lady realized it would be longer, she came and informed me. I was pleased with the service!

I ordered on the app. I bought the bonless wings but ended up with bone in, an the person eating cannot eat the texture. I called an explained I had to drive all the way back an extra 20mins to get them exchanged. I asked for some compensation and they told me no. I also ordered cajun fries but recieved the regular seasoning I didn’t even ask that to be corrected. Bad buisness and it’s not the first mess up I’ve had with this location. I only order because my boyfriend loves wingstop and it’s the closest to my house.

Got out of my car and Tara, the only person to greet me or to be polite to me during my visit, was washing the entrance doors. I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged for a minute or two while being the only customer in the building. It was about 9pm. They close at 10pm, but already the employees looked like they were trying to shut the place down instead of serve customers. When I was finally acknowledged by a lady in the back she asked my name and handed me a brown paper bag. That was the end of my conversation with her. My meal was pre-paid so I walked out. Little did I know that in my possession was the saddest excuse for a Wingstop meal I have ever seen. When I returned home with our meal, we opened up what looked to be plain chicken wings lying in about 2 inches deep of sauce. Somehow, with 2 inches deep of sauce in the containers, THERE WAS STILL CHICKEN THAT HAD NOT BEEN COATED. HOW? This was just the start of the mess. The entire meal was ice cold. It looked like it had been sitting for an hour. We decided to return the food for a refund, so I drove back to the store. When I got there I was asked if I wanted a “remake”. I told the store employees that I wanted a full refund instead. I was then asked “well, what was wrong with the meal?” by the lady who handed me the bag. I told here everything. I was then asked for a receipt that I was not provided by the store employees in the first place FOR AN ONLINE ORDER. I said I did not have the receipt because they didn’t provide one. The person who provided me with the food and no receipt and the person working the register said they couldn’t do anything but remake it without the receipt. Tara, again the only polite person in this situation, decided to take down my info so I could talk to a manager. When I called back to speak to the manager, I was informed that they still could only remake my order and could not refund me because I did not have a receipt THAT THEY DID NOT PROVIDE IN THE FIRST PLACE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER. This is not the first time this has happened, but I can GUARANTEE it will be the last until Rick Ross comes and buys you guys out in Louisiana. Honestly, whoever owns this joint should have their franchise license taken away by Wingstop.

I ordered online and it says a 15 min wait, I got there in 15 mins and ended up waiting another 20 mins and she gave me someone else’s food, I gave it back, waited another 15 and I ordered extra seasoned fries and got plain, dry, old fries. I asked if she could season them, she gave it a tiny bit, wrong sauces given. The rest was ok. The place itself is unkept. She was nice enough but I will not be coming back to this location. (The location on seigen does amazing! Worth the drive. )

Is it possible to give 0 stars? This was a horrible customer service experience and the wings were comparably horrible. I ordered thighs, they didn’t have any. When I asked why didn’t someone call me, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said but I made everything else. After speaking to the manager, she simply said oh, I meant too. To add injury to insult, the order was short 2 wings. I paid extra for all flats and it was mixed. The chicken (or whatever bird) is huge, they have changed to a substandard supplier. One employee was on his phone and the other was wearing ear buds. Clearly answering the phone is too much to ask.

Went in a few days ago, their AC was out, drink machine was out plus didn’t have ice. (They did add ice while there) Employees were sweating I don’t blame them for the place bring nasty the way it was. The fact that they showed up and worked in that condition hats off to them. They need a pay raise.
