Food is pretty good. However, it was quite outrageous that my lovely basketball coaches waited an HOUR for their food. The boy working forgot to give me a cup for my drink AND also the workers keep coming in and out of the establishment… quite suspicious if I do say so myself. I would give you a 0 but that is not possible so I’ll give you a 1. I am absolutely outraged by this whole situation. NOT OKAY! stay safe everyone eat at home instead

#worththewait….I think not. This was our first time eating here. It took them 10mins before they even took our order, then 35mins to get our food, which the fries were burnt and the wings were cold. And then….they ran out of ranch and said they had to make more…..I ate very slow so I could eat with my ranch that never came!! After sitting there with our food for another 40 mins, we left. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I love wingstop but this GI location falls short every single time. I don’t eat here as much because 9/10 Im disappointed. We are a family of four and spend a pretty penny Everytime we order from here! The wings are never cooked well enough for us so we order well done just to get home to some barely cooked wings. My family likes lemon pepper and there’s barely any lemon pepper on the wings. They taste bland. When we ask for extra lemon pepper they over season them and they are too salty. We have never had this problem at any other location. My husband always picks up the food but now that I see other reviews and pics I don’t think I ever want to eat at this location again. It sucks because this location is fairly new and GI doesn’t really have too many restaurants to offer.

There are many issues with this place. The cleanliness of the front area, improper handling of food, and much longer than estimated wait times (55 minutes instead of 16-21 minutes) are just a few. I came back to give this place a second chance, hoping maybe my first experience here over a month ago was a fluke, but it wasn’t. I’ve already went ahead and contacted corporate and am currently going through the headache of figuring out who the operations manager is as well as how to contact the franchise owner, since they deserve to know what is happening. I genuinely hope they care, since 19 bad reviews since the opening of a location less than a year ago is not something anybody would want to see. If 19 people were willing to complain publicly, I can only imagine how many who decided not to complain have had similar experiences.

I ordered 20 bone-out wings and 2 sides of fries online. Went to pick up my order, and it hadn’t even been started yet. So I waited almost 35 minutes for my food. Got home and opened the bag to find part of my order missing. I called the store to let them know I was missing food and would be coming back to get it. I got back to the store and stood at the front counter for around 10 minutes before someone helped me. A female customer came in with a mobile order. The worker couldn’t find the receipt, so he started digging through the trash instead of accessing the order on the terminal. Then another customer came in to receive the food he was missing with his order. And without washing his hands, the worker tries to get the customer’s missing food. The customer had to tell him to wash his hands. And finally, a second worker comes out from the back of the store to help with orders. The second worker cusses at the first worker. Not to mention, the state of cleanliness at the store was disgusting. There was trash all over the floor of the kitchen. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned the whole shift. This is probably the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.

I put an order in it was carry out. It was busy so I had a seat right at the bench by the window where you can see straight into the kitchen. I honestly don’t think there was a manager in sight. They all look like kids if not, they were acting like kids, there was people leaning on the counters, people wearing gloves yet doing everything touching everything with the same gloves, the girl with the red hair used the tongs to scoop fries and turn off the beeping machine above her with the same tongs. It was honestly very disappointing. There was a coworker that must’ve came in on his day off , just to sidetrack everybody that was working there. The girl with the red hair seemed very very excited to see him. She decided that she was just going to goof off and talk to him about how he was going to get fired the next morning or get talked to.. right in front of the customers. there was customers in line not sure whose turn it was to order. Everybody was just waiting in line to order. Everybody was just hanging out in the back with the cooks. The kid that was running the front was answering, phone calls, taking orders, dropping wings in the back. Poor thing was working while everybody else was goofing off. I was very disappointed. I grabbed my food drove across town to find out that half of it was missing , there was just no focus and honestly they need a manager in there to keep all those kids under control. Wow just wow. This was around 6 PM in the Grand Island location.

Ordered delivery, only got a third of our food, was then told to drive to Wingstop and pick up our food. Drove there and was told to wait an extra 15 minutes. Only reason this is 2 stars is because the food was good.

Since the GM was changed, this place has gone downhill, the new GM (Cassandra) has hired her family and friends to work at this location, I was a closing manager at this location, but I quit because of the lack of management skills, no matter what I did or said nothing was done about the bad behavior of the children that were hired. I was the ONLY one cleaning and doing things correctly and when I put my foot down, I was told that I was treating people like dogs!? If that were true then the staff beneath me would have been well behaved and listened, like my actual dog! But instead there were no listening skills, cussing and phones all the time! No matter what I did or said nothing was corrected and no one listened! Grow up! Everyone at this location needs to grow up! I can’t work where I’m constantly disrespected and used! I was made to go into work while I was sick with COVID for my second time and no matter if I had a Dr note or not I was FORCED to go into work, which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL! Just burn it all down and try again!

Drove 20 plus miles to get here just to eat at your location and I had to get a refund because I was there for over an hour waiting on two sandwiches. Seem like your staff did not know what they were doing as it seemed they were messing around using profanity as well. The manager of the store was even contacted because they didn’t know how to do a return, good luck in the future you’re going to have to change something

After eating at this place I will say I’m impressed. Although the flavors are limited they’re unique and pop with different flavors. Tried the Cajun, BBQ, Mango Habanero, and Buffalo so far and they were all good. Service was pretty fast and was an easy pick-up. Only complaint was the fries were kinda soggy but you can tell that the seasoning would be good had they been fresh. Would recommend at least trying it if you’re a fan of good wings.
