I ordered doordash and picked up my order after a long day’s work. The fries made me nauseous on the drive home, they smelled like old burnt oil. When I opened the bag they looked just like the smelled. Brown and shriveled. The chicken wings were edible, but I still ended up having to cook for my kids because they wouldn’t eat them. I just made them noodles in pizza sauce and they were happier with that (I desperately needed to grocery shop). Never again. Blue Springs location is the bomb. This location just causes bombs. I gave 1 star because the blue cheese dressing was good.

Went here after a late night gym session cause I didn’t feel like cooking. Ordered a 10 piece bone in Louisiana rub combo with extra ranch. I paid $17 and had to wait at least 25 minutes for my food and I get home and the wings weren’t the right flavor and I didn’t get any ranch period. I paid for extra ranch and I didn’t even get the first one. The flavor on the wings was like a lemon pepper seasoning and the chicken was sub par. I should have just cooked something at home. Do yourself a favor, if you want great wings in the area, go to Wing studio. They open at 4pm and close at 10pm. Their wings are so much better and you get more for a better price.

Got there at 11:15 the girl working the register took my cousins order then walked away and started cleaning the toilet. Didn’t even ask if I wanted anything. After she came back I had to tell her I wanted to order as well and she said I couldn’t order bone in because it was 11:30…after I was standing there 10 min ignored lmao

If you need wings in a pinch, it does fine. Quality is good and I’ve never not liked my order. But they do struggle in the kitchen almost every single time I order. To-Gos almost always run over. Promised 15-20mins almost always run into 30-40mins, so just keep that in mind.

Raw chicken sandwich. Whether you go in person or door dash it you wait like an hour for a 6pc. Really poor wait times and some of the workers have poor attitudes. One of the ladies gave my wife a very dirty look for asking for her food.
