Whoever own this location need to hire people that are professional in dealing with the public. When you call they don’t answer. I ordered online they got my order wrong. Trying to call in but the unprofessional cashier will not answer the phone. I guess Wingstop is hiring anyone nowadays. These current employees are not good for the public. It doesn’t surprise me, that I see their door and glass busted out. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be back. Those employees should be & must be retrained on how to be courteous with the public. The cashier do not answer the phone. But when you go to the store. They are at front counter joking, playing & running their mouth about nothing. They don’t need a job we’re they are cooking food for the public. Because they be are unprofessional behavior will bring, unwanted cost to the restaurant owner.

Only been to this place twice: two different locations. So far, Wingstop has really great tasting food! But at both locations the staff didn’t seem to engage with the customer or show any concern for getting the orders out. They were more focused on their online business, apparently. The food is great, but after waiting 40 minutes it’s not as great as it could have been!

The wings were awful. I got garlic parm and the was plenty of grease and parmesan but not much garlic. The asked for surveys and offered a brownie but the brownie was disgusting. The storewas dirty and sticky and the storefront was disgusting. No hair covers in the kitchen but everyone has long hair. The only thing good was the fanta, carrot sticks, and the people were nice enough. But the food and atmosphere needs a lot of work!

Worst experience ever! The Normandy location is filthy and the employee’s are young careless unprofessional and rude kids that have no concern for customer satisfaction. I placed an order online and after arriving to restaurant giving my name and waiting for a 45 minutes I let the front counter person know that I hadn’t received my order yet and I had placed my order online 45 minutes prior to be told that they somehow skipped over my order and would get started on it so I asked for a phone number to make a complaint I was told that they didn’t know the number so I asked for manager name and was only given a first name of Dave was told that they don’t know his last name so I asked for her name and she only said Shay. Shay then told me that I can either keep waiting or go online for a refund so I told her I would like my order and some kind of refund or compensation she told cooks not to make my order for me and that I can leave and try to get a refund

I went to Wingstop, got a six piece fries and a soda walked in. There was one person in line. It took me 25 minutes to get this order. They will more focus on call ins. What they should have done. Have so many people do call-ins in a person to work on walk-in. It’s not fair for people that walk in wait the longest

Store hours show that this location opens at 10:45am and allowed me to place an online order, only for me to get there and the posted hours say they don’t open until 12:00pm. I even called to make sure they were actually closed and did not get an answer; so now I have to wait for them to open to either cancel my order or wait even longer for them to open and get everything up and running to even start my order. I’m now looking for a way to file a complaint with corporate or the franchise owner; maybe even the BBB

I go and place a order, and almost an hour ago. And the the host looks at me like disgusting. I don’t know why my be because I was Hispanic or something else. She gave everybody else orders, but not mine and everybody that come at the same time as I do, they live before me.
