Get ready for another negative review. Titled, “I’ve got time”. Usually not the one to give reviews but ever since this location opened it’s been T E R R I B L E. At this point we need to just boycott coming to this specific Wingstop. Just a couple things I’ve personally experienced here have been, Long wait times (Just expect to wait an additional 30-40minutes after you initially place an order) I’ve even taken this into consideration and given them an hour in advance only for my food to be given away to another customer. The quality of the food itself has not been as consistent as other locations. For example, stale fries, chicken with partial seasoning. This is coming from a person who gives restaurants the benefit of the doubt because I know how the food industry can be. But again, the food being cranked out of this location has been consistently subpar. And here’s the biggest problem for me….FORGETTING YOUR RANCH!…it’s the little details, and honestly I might have been able to overlook some of the other details but what are wings without ranch? But anyway, if you’ve read this far you probably understand my frustrations. Anywhere but here, this place ain’t getting another dollar outta me.

The food is good, it’s a chain so you know what you’re getting into. The problem is this place seems to be managed horribly. The staff have no idea how to prioritize orders. You basically have to order a day in advance if you want to get your food on time, and even then they will probably screw it up. If you order online, they don’t start making your food until you show up and tell them you’re there. What’s the point of ordering in advance if they wait for you to get there. Meanwhile there’s always bags of food just sitting on the shelf being picked up by nobody. I have sat in this store waiting for food I ordered an hour ago more times than I care to admit. It’s fast food, the whole point is that it’s supposed to be convenient. I’m not expecting to be treated like a king when I go out to places like this, but I think it’s reasonable to assume that they understand the basic process of receiving and completing orders in a consistent, timely manner. Oh, and don’t expect it to be any better if you order through a delivery app like DoorDash. Just take that expected delivery time and tack on an extra 60 minutes, even on a small order. The service alone will keep me from ordering here again for a long time.

My service other day was great and the wait wasn’t long either. Today I did a over the phone order. They had me waiting for over 30 minute. Walk-in order that was placed after me arriving to put up my food receive they’re food before me.

I ordered on 07/17 and upon getting the order back to work it was wrong I had ordered a 5 piece garlic parm tender because I didn’t want anything saucy at work. Well it was bbq so I called and spoke to a gentleman between the hours of 12-1 and he said no problem sorry here is a 15 dollar credit it is written on the board. So I tried calling today to use it was told they couldn’t find my credit

Ordered 10 plain wings at 1:21 pm. I was the only one in the store so had a nice chat with the young girl at the register. It’s now 1:41 and still no food up. Said I was next in line 5 minutes ago. Really? Floor so slippery I could break dance with no problem. Was going to use the bathroom but had a change of mind due to floor and tables not clean. Finally food at 1:43. Don’t go in if you are really hungry. On top of all that, got home without the extra ranch they charged me an additional $1.39 for. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Food was cold or overcooked. Teammates were lazy. Made us order online, goofed around waiting for orders to come in. Tenders were cold, flavor was gross, fries were overcooked, missing cheese dip for fries. Bad experience, will not return.

45 minute walk in order wait. multiple orders that were placed after me were bagged and sent on their way way before my own. Was asked multiple times by a team member what order i had and still continued to wait. wasted my lunch break and more to just get a meal
