Picked up our wings and it was in a bathtub of grease. I understand the wings require grease for cooking but they shouldn’t be floating/swimming in a tub of grease. We ended up just throwing the food away..

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Waited 45 mins for chicken and fries. Me and my boyfriend were the only ones in the dining room. We waited forever for our order and they bagged it up and put it in a door dash bag so no wonder we never got our food. I finally went to the counter and wanted a refund then they gave us our food. It was the worst fries I’ve ever had. The guys were blasting music in the back ground. Was more worried about that then their customers. We finally just said forget it ans took the bag and ate outside. We will definitely never be back dont waste your money or time and to pick up a door dash order from here is a joke too same with fenton location as well. Just avoid the company all together.

We wanted something different so we decided to try this place. We ordered online and my husband went to pick it up. From Arnold back to Oakville everything including the fries were still piping hot. Everything was delicious. If you like spicy, the atomic wings are .

I was waiting tonight to pick up an order and overheard the manager on the phone telling someone “you have been on hold for 10 minutes, you should know what you want.” He then proceeded to hang up on the customer. While I can understand his frustration, it was just really unprofessional. After that, my order was short 5 wings.

Terrible experience. We ordered doordash at 8:30pm. At 9:15, I received a call from my dasher saying that I had to cancel my order because this store never received it. While I don’t put that on them, it was inconvenient. We cancelled the first order and made a second, which didn’t arrive until 10:20pm. When we opened the bag, we discovered that 3/4 of our order was missing. What we did receive was cold. I’m literally in awe over what a bad experience this was. Spent over $70 for… what exactly?
