Ordered my food. I come in 20 minutes later than the estimated time for it to be done to give them the benefit of the doubt in case its busy. I come in, nobody is waiting on their food, and all the employees are on their phone “waiting” for my order to finish. So i wait another 20 minutes, 1 hour in total because they very obviously forgot my order. Get some new employees, thanks.

We drove 45 minutes to at at this place and we walk in and were told they were not taking walk-in orders. They had to many call in orders. What kind of business does this. Turn away paying customers. Nobody in line. 1 family sitting at table. In my opinion the workers just didn’t want to work. Will never go back. Just a horrible horrible group of employees

We don’t get to Wingstop very often, but when we do we love it and today was fantastic! The girls are the front desk very nice. The young man making our order was also very nice as well and he did a great job! Our food was hot and so good. Thank You!!

Order online… the wings were correct. We didn’t get the two order of fries, we didn’t get four ranches, instead we got two ranches and whatever the yellow stuff is. We called up there and told them we didn’t get the two fries, they said come back and we’ll get the fries for you. So, we drove back up there they gave us one fry and then told us that we only ordered 2 ranches… clearly the receipt states otherwise. If you decided to order from here I’d be double checking everything at the counter because clearly the people working there can’t read and don’t care.

Worst wings you can buy anywhere! I think it being a small order (8 pc) with 2 flavors. They looked and tasted like they where cooked, covered in oil that washed away the seasoning. I went to Buffalo wild wings a week ago and the order was made with love. The wings were bigger and the seasoning was incredible. I will never buy wings from wing stop!!

Great customer service! But the food was worse than awful! No seasoning on the fries, no seasoning in the lemon pepper or Cajun wings. I ordered well done and it was more fat in these wings than a normal wing. I wasted my travel and my money for dog food.
