Past experience has been generally exceptional so I loved tipping them but when they messed up they did not follow through on the credit they offered me by claiming their was no documentation and the owner informed them that I had already received it, but how is that if there was “no documentation”???Management was very inconsistent and condescending in their communication when I explained that I never received the credit for my past order and would not provide the date I redeemed the credit. If you have any concerns I highly recommend just calling their Wingstop Customer Service because they definitely know what “Customer Service” means, especially during such a health crisis. I love Wingstop and the experience I’ve received from all locations but this one has highly disappointed me so it’s not an option of mine anymore. I’ve been in Customer Service myself for some time now and they obviously need to hire more personable management and/or adjust their training.

I like Wingstop, that’s why I keep giving them chance after chance, but it’s almost a guarantee that something will be wrong with my order. I get everyone makes mistakes, but the inconvenience of having to drive back is annoying. I checked my bag to make sure all my items were there. As expected they forgot something, but it was taken care of once I made them aware. Even though I checked the bag, I didn’t check each container to make sure the correct amount of wings was there, I got all the way home and discovered my order was still wrong. Of course, when I called their solution was to give me the number of wings they forgot to give me. Maybe it’s me but why do I feel like every time the restaurant makes a mistake I’m supposed to be happy that they are willing to fix it? I feel like they don’t consider how problematic the situation is. After a long day, I would just like to pick up my food and go home. I do not want to be advised to either drive back or get the items the next time I come in especially since this happens more often than not.

This has been one of my WORST experiences with a “Multi-Million Dollar” business to date. I ordered a meal for delivery. Not only did I not receive a notification email that the food was delivered, but my meal was missing the cheese for the cheese fries as well as my 20 oz Sweet Tea. See pics for reference. The food had sat outside for nearly 30 minutes and was cold. I spoke with an associate the first time I called about it. He was extremely unprofessional, they took no accountability for the mistakes and instead blamed it all on the 3rd Party (Doordash) THEY work with. It doesn’t say that my delivery would be fulfilled by a 3rd party. He explained this and said basically there was nothing he would be able to do and that was coming from the manager. I was also told that they individual couldn’t call me back because they didn’t have my number or contact information. It is on the receipt attached to the bag they delivered. I called back a minute or 2 later because I realized I had not received my drink either. The same employee picked up the phone and when I started talking he placed me on hold. I called back and the same employee seemed confused when I started telling him what was going on. I let him know that he had just spoken with me less than 5 minutes ago and he said oh. I asked to speak directly to the manager and he hung up on me. About 5 minutes later I receive a call from the manager who turned out to be equally as unprofessional, turning snappy and loud. My whole agency heard this conversation, and we will no longer support this establishment, due to their lack of professionalism and horrendous customer service!
