Food is usually pretty good… but lately it’s been SO bad. The fryer needs an oil change because fries shouldn’t taste or look like that. You can definitely taste the difference. And often items are missing. I haven’t had dips or cheese sauce in my bag the last two times I ordered. I’m not sure if they are going through some sort of recent employee change or what but I sincerely hope you get better soon because when you’re good.. it’s so good.

6 workers and still slow! Everybody so focused on rapping or singing to the songs then having orders ready in a timely fashion! No point in ordering online because they still don’t have orders ready! Fries cold. Chewy tenders. Price definitely not worth it! Won’t be back

didn’t even make my food for over an hour and watched multiple people get there’s. do not go at 3pm-5pm this time they are stupid and don’t even know what is happening. they are all pot heads and don’t speak up so you have to say “what” multiple times, and they perceived that as rude so they purposely didn’t make my order, until they felt it was the right time.

We enjoy the wings…if we receive the correct order at pick up. Unfortunately, they are 50/50 on this task. Refunding our money is great but correctly satisfying our order would be a much better option for us. We travel 50 minutes round trip.

Don’t waste your time here! Ordered online for delivery directly from their site not a third party, order was incorrect and there were items missing. Called them, initial offer was to take my name and said I could get my missing items with my next order. Why would I want to order from you again?! After supposedly speaking with a manager, I was told I would get a partial refund for my missing items, it’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund. This place is terrible! That was our 1st and absolutely last time ever ordering from them. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Not worth the trouble! Wish I could give them negative 5 stars!!!
