Good food. However the rude cashier made the experience awful. She saw me standing there waiting to pick up my order she gave 3 other people their food before me. It wasn’t until another cashier noticed and asked me if I was waiting. Idk what her problem was but y’all need to talk too your employees about their attitudes. I also think the girl was laughing at me with another employee.

Save your money and go to a different wingstop. Tried to do a call in but i was told that they weren’t taking call in orders and they won’t drop the chickhen until you arrived and payed. That’s defect the purpose. Girl was rude and couldn’t tell me when they started this rule. Ended up calling the south holland location. They were nice friendly

I get it, they just opened and demand is super high. But realistic expectations should be set. I placed my order online and it was a 62 min wait. I have no problem with that if the order is ready at that time. I showed up an hour later and waited and waited. Another 30 min go by and I ask if there’s a queue of some kind so I could see how many orders are ahead of me at that time. I was told there were five more orders of mine. Again, totally fine if that’s the correct expectation. I waited another 30 min (all in over 2 hours since my order was placed). I see 12 orders come out (I counted) since I was told there were 5 ahead of me. I ask again and am told they cannot find my order/ticket. Completely unacceptable, clearly they lied to my face at first. I ask for a refund and they take my name and number down and say it’ll be processed. Well if they can’t find my order how could it’s refund be processed? On top of all that I see two employees standing around texting on their phones numerous times.

They tired as hell!!! It’s 10:30pm they close at 12 midnight…. Staff is telling me I can’t place an order. They’re ONLY serving boneless wings after 10pm. This is ridiculous, they need to hire employees that don’t mind doing their job the ENTIRE shift!

Unsanitary food handling. I witnessed several employees going between cooking/ preparing orders and sitting out in the lobby touching their phones, hair and other items. At no point did anyone wash their hands. Most food establishments require all employees to wash their hands before returning to behind the counter. Always come in to these restaurants and check out what’s going on. I won’t be back
