I came to this Wingstop because I got a flat tire late at night and this was the first place I saw that was open so I parked my car and came inside. The employees were so kind and helpful that they gave me a sandwich and a drink and after their shift ended at midnight, they changed my tire for me. I am so grateful they were able to help me! I hope they get paid well

Worst Wingstop ever. Took half an hour to give small order, kept updating food was coming but wasn’t. Wings were undercooked, gave crumbs of fries, when told they were freshly making each item. Requested an extra ranch for patiently waiting, colored hair fair skin girl was rude about it, when she gave out free items to customers beforehand. Take your business to Northlake or Melrose location.

Literally disgusting !!!!! There was a long hair mixed in with my wings& when I called, they basically said I need to come back another day because there is nothing they can do about it , worst customer service skills ever !!!!! They literally don’t care at all about the situation. & not to mention they don’t pay attention to you when you’re ordering, also don’t even make the wings fresh by order. Will never come to this location again.

The three Indians working in the front counter and one of them is a girl have very nasty attitude when they get an order wrong from me or a customer they snatch the food all aggressively talking under their breath in their language and throw the food away they lovee to waste food ! They need to replace these three Indian people especially the girl she’s the one that talks soo much smack under their breath when walking away because they mess up orders!
