Worst wingstop in the entire area. The workers are useless and don’t care about the customers. They’re constantly messing up orders. I ordered online from their website for delivery a few months back and never received my order. It was stolen by the driver. No refund and no food. I had to go into the store and force them to give me my money back. I tried to give them another chance today and they failed me once again. I ordered my food through the phone this time for pick up. The lady asked for my name and after I ordered she even read the order back to me. I go in 25 minutes later and they said they didn’t have any orders under my name. They hadn’t even made my order or written it down anywhere. They gave me someone else’s order that was $27 when my order was only $16. I went back and just cancelled and got my refund. This is the most unprofessional wingstop I’ve ever been to. The workers don’t care. Your food will either come out bogus or it won’t even get made at all.

First time ever coming to this place and the service was just terrible. My brother ordered his food and did a pause in that pause the cashier turned around to have a conversation with her co-worker where they were talking ghetto. My brother told her he wanted more stuff so she continued on taking his order but was just rude. When I did my order the guy who helped me was just ugh. He was leaning on the register while taking my order and he wouldn’t even let me finish talking. He would just cut me off. Like 4 people went in after us and they weren’t acknowledged at all. The cashiers just kept on having their conversations like if they weren’t on the clock. Our ordered took at least 25 minutes to get prepared.

I received an over salted 20 PC tenders, over cooked and over seasoned old fries, they forgot my desserts. I wasted over $50. Staff and manager were rude. Reached out to Wingstop corporate and I was given a generic response along with a $10 promo code for an order that I spent over $50 on. I then reached out to Wingstop on their Facebook page. They responded quickly. The next day the manager called, he claimed that corporate sends them over salted chicken tenders, and I must be sensitive to salt, which is not true. He would never own up to the fact that they messed up my order, forgot items, over cooked and over seasoned the fries, over salted the wings, and rudely claimed they tried to call me 3 times, which was a lie. So the manager was forced to refund my $50+ per corporate. I wish I could post a picture of the brown fries they expected us to eat.

My Orders are always wrong. Always forgetting my fries and dips i pay for. Incompetent manager who wouldn’t redo my order after they messed up and i found a bug on my boneless hot lemon just cuz its doordash. 2nd shift is full noise loud music unstructured with minors. Noticed male employees smoking on the job out front while i waited for my food. Hot mess!! The worst employees with no customers skills. Manager has horrible attitude please replace her and entire staff.

The boneless wings are good. The bone-in a little over cooked, and okay. Please train your staff to be a little more customer focused and friendly. Though pricey, add a few more pieces, you may bring in that customer who can have this meal during the week as you know your only real competition is on the corner.
