I’ve never been to a restaurant that’s as poorly run as this one. For at least two years now, the freestyle machine has been out of order, the food takes nearly an hour every single time (regardless of when it’s placed), online ordering is almost never available, and even when trying to place an order over the phone, I am left on hold for 10 minutes before I eventually hang up the phone. For how good the wings are, the service is always god awful and it’s been like this for a long time now. Something needs to change.

I have only eaten here a couple times but the most recent blew me away. I ordered 8 boneless wings and the corn, 4 wings with the bbq sauce and 4 wings with the garlic parmesan. The seasoning on the corn was super spicy, I was literally crying from the heat but it was so good I still finished it! The wingers were juicy and full of flavor. Definitely recommend!!

I have ordered from here quite a few times… and Each time, I have a different issue. Either, food arrrives late, or not at all. Parts of the order missing, or cold. The staff is not very accommodating when things aren’t correct or something goes wrong. I have hopes that they can get it figured out the next time I give this business a chance. Food usually tastes great, when we do get it.

As someone who has worked in the food industry for many years growing up I am hard pressed to write a negative review of a restaurant. However, the general apathy and slow pace on display at this location was abysmal. Of the 4 people on the clock, 2 were actually doing work while the other 2 meandered around informing the various dashers and other delivery people that there was no way of knowing when any order would be done.

Okay, we all know wing stop isn’t the best. However, my experience this time was awful. I ordered online and showed up after I have waited the time it said. The manager then tried offering me someone else’s food to which I told him wasn’t mine. He the said that they “were getting sauced right now.” I waited another 25 min until my order was ready. During this time, I observed the workers. The manager sat on his phone the whole time while the people actually making the food were yelling swear words that costomers could here. They were also throwing the wings around as if I wasn’t sitting there. Once I got home, I took out the “large” fries. It was only half full. Also, had no seasonings. My sister took one and was able to bend it like rubber. Then, we got to the wings. They were in a 1 can lake of sauce. Not to mention mine were so full if sauce they spilt on to my sister’s wings. Let’s just say, terrible experience and if you are going to waste money on food, honestly buy a McChicken from McDonald’s and then add some hot sauce to it. It would probably have better quality.
