Read all the reviews. But I’ve never been to a wing stop. So I wanted to try it. The food was good. The manager was working her tail off. Making sure the kitchen help stayed on track. Dine in tables looked a little dirty. So that needs more attention. As they say, you’re only as strong as your weakest link. And that’s the kitchen staff.

Wings were good but there was hair all over the veggies I got with my wings. I was excited to eat wings with some fresh celery with ranch and wings but hair was just all up in it. Other then that though the wings were pretty good

1st: the fact that the person taking my order had to look into directly the sunshine and could not see me due to this fact that they do not have some sort of sun blocking device on the Windows was really stupid.

Absolutely NOT the place I don’t know what happen to the last owner but it was way better , I was told one price, and when I get there told a different price even tho I had it in writting they was very disrespectful the lady name Keke as she said was very rude, dismissive,and ghetto yes I said it, tacky unprofessional.order wasn’t ready on time .. due to the lies this lady claim she tried to call me I have screen shots I texted and called there store I talked to a lady this morning on top of it all had to nerve to think it’s funny, it’s crazy this was my favorite one .. but I see no wing stop for me in Iowa .. unbelievable.. happy 4th to our kids .. cuz they didn’t get what we ordered and they were waiting for them .. becareful going here atleast they are clean .. that all they get this store need a a whole new something.. management..prayer ..

Had to wait 47 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and some fries. Tables were sticky asl. On Tuesday they had a single employee working and I got my food faster than today when they had a full staff. Food was good tho.

I waited 45 minutes for just 30 wings They were cold I understand sometimes you have to wait for food but if you have to wait for food especially for 45 minutes. It should at least be warm. I feel like that’s fair. and they couldn’t even do that.

This was a great experience. The restaurant was easily navigated and convenient. It was clean and the sidewalk was well cared for in the midst of inclement weather. The cashier was in training, but was able to offer great customer satisfaction. The food was cooked to order, was fresh and tasted as expected. Good quality food l.

Bottom line, save yourself the time of day and order some Bdubs. We waited an entire hour for a basic wing order. The people working there prioritize giving their friends (who didnt order anything,) free food while other customers wait. Employees were constantly leaving the back to talk to all of these friends, very loudly and at the front of lobby! with seemingly 0 concern to do their job. Once we finally arrived home to eat, we were able to see that our wings were completely dry, aside from the pool of grease at the bottom of the basket. Fries were also entirely soggy. We ended up throwing out our food.

16-21 minutes turned into over an hour. They were so fed up with upset customers that they put up a paper towel barrier. Restaurant is full of people that are waiting on their orders and they have already paid. Do not prepay for your order.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now and every time the order has been wrong. When corporate tried to call to issue a reorder they just drop the call. Food shows up cold. Wouldn’t waste your time or money at this store. Drive the extra few mins to another one.
