I wanted to leave this situation behind me and not comment about it, but I can’t get over how horrible my last visit was there a few weeks back. Fist off, my sin made his order with his girlfriend, then I made mine. It took them 35 – 40 minutes to get his order to him, and when they did, his food wasn’t even there! ♂️ Only his girlfriend had hers in the bag, so we had to wait an additional 40 plus minutes for that to be finished. Great wings. I was really impressed with the sauces. We ordered online with an estimate of 15 -21 minutes, and I went to pick it up. I got my food 45 minutes later – literally more than double the estimated time. The people working at the store were nice, and they were probably short staffed. However, two to three times the estimated time is just too far over the estimate to give a perfect score.

Louisiana dry rub wings are outstanding. These boneless wings are far superior than Buffalo wild wings. The breading isn’t too much and it is mostly chicken. If anything I would buy Buffalo wild wings sauce and these boneless wings and mix together at home.

the employees are terrible. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one to take my order. employees chitchatting. i asked them to take my order and they said they weren’t ready! lol. i left without ordering. what a terrible branch

Called while driving to place an order but was only 2 minutes away from this location. I was ordering in advance so I could run into Gordon Foods and my oder would be done after I grabbed a few things. A worker answers the phone and says “we can’t take any orders over the phone or in the lobby because we have no cashier. You have to order and pay online.” 2 minutes later I walk in and place and pay for my order with the cashier!!! Customer service is horrible. I wonder if the owner knows his employees are turning paying customers away.

Not sure where to start. 1) I ordered online, estimated time was 21-27 mins. I showed up 6 minutes after the estimated time frame and had to wait an additional 15 mins. 2) there were four associates working, and seven people waiting. They were all standing around talking. 3) the guy taking orders complained about a customer loudly where the whole store could hear him. Then the manager started yelling where the whole lobby could hear. 4) the guy taking orders has his AirPods in, having a whole conversation. 5) I’m just going to stop there because there’s literally too much to do over during this experience.

I have gone to this store on a few different occasions. The first time was shortly after moving to the area in 2020, and when I bit into it, it was undercooked. Not raw, but enough it was gross. All I was offered for a refund by the “manager” on the phone was a couple free drinks, however, I was able to cook my chicken the rest of the way in our oven. The next time, February 2021, I fell for the affordability of their wings. They were good, very crispy like they were stuck in a hotbox awhile, but I like them like that. Most recently, I got carryout, and the wings were more raw than I had ever seen chicken served. When I called, they told me the manager wasn’t there (5pm on a Sunday), and to call the next day at noon. I did, and the manager, Asia, told me she was not left a note from the previous night, and therefore couldn’t issue me a refund. She did offer to forward my information to the district manager, but wouldn’t give me a number to contact them myself.

Placed an online order at 11:15am showed up to the store to pick it up at 11:40 and the door was locked and lights were off, I tried to call but no one answered. Another person showed up and had the same issue, finally someone came to open the door and told us that our food was just being started! I’m sorry but this is a horrible way to run a business. I will not be back to this location

Arrived at the restaurant an hour before close and went inside to place an order(excited to find a place open after getting off of work). The man standing at the register said he couldn’t take my order and I had to place an online order. I asked(to clarify), “You are open, and if I go online and place an order now you will be able to prepare it?” He said yes. I went to the website and when trying to check out received a pop up advising the store is not accepting online orders.
