I am standing here waiting for my food and I just witnessed a lady, while preparing the food, eat a boneless chicken wing with her bare hand and continued making the food. No hair nets are worn by workers with long hair. There was one guy with a large beard who had barbecue sauce in his beard. The floors and tables are sticky as well and you have to wait a long time for your food.

There was an hour wait although I ordered online and the site indicated food would be ready in 20-25 minutes. My order was wrong. I asked for 2 different flavors of wings and only received one flavor. I didn’t bother going back in because of the wait time. I also didn’t receive any sauces with my order after paying for extra ranch. I’m giving them 2 stars because my order was fresh

Place was trash, tables sticky. Floors sticky .. customer service sucked. Couldn’t order in store had to do online. Fries were rock hard and dark brown. While eating me and my family were the only people in the store the chick answered the phone and told a customer it would be a 45 to an hour wait. The 2 chicks working were just in bsck messing around while one person was doing everything else…just an overall horrible experience.

Wingstop should carefully select the individuals they place in charge. The manager Shirley was beyond disrespectful and rude. She displayed such a nasty character and condescending remarks, I would never allow her to run my store or speak with my guest. The example she sets is horrible and with such a nasty attitude I wouldn’t dare want her near or making my food. Telling your customers you’re too busy to take their order is a complete slap in the face. It’s also not what you say it’s how you say it. For this reason I will no longer order from the Livonia Wing Stop store.

Horrible customer experience at Livonia location. Ordered food for 11am and arrived at 11:15am to a locked door. I called and the phone was answered by a rude woman asking what is my problem? She said the door is unlocked now very rudely. I go in to get my food and grab it from the counter. She didnt like the way I grabbed my food and began insulting me. We got into a full blown argument. If the owner is wise he would get rid of this rude employee that doesn’t know how to open the store on time. I put in a complaint to corporate as well. She also refused to give her name when I asked to write it down. I have been coming to this location for many years and even left a tip on this day. Very unfortunate this is how employees act nowadays.

This location is the worse in town. Stay away…trust me…stay away! The people have terrible customer service & they make excuses for being DEAD wrong. They did not put our food in our bag…we came back the next day…for the order to be WRONG again! We called them back to be on hold for 13 minutes & then they hung the phone up. They deserve a -0; will never go back & tell all of my friends to run for the HILLS!

Really enjoyed this. First time here and told the staff. They treated me well and explained things. I tried two flavors this time, mango habanero and garlic parmesan. The garlic parmesan is dry not a sauce but it’s one of the best I’ve had. The mango was great too, but the fries??? Holy cow, they recommended the lemon pepper. Delicious! Good portion size all the way around.

The managers here are rude and has poor customer service. Boyfriend Picked up food from here and when he got home he realized they had the wrong flavor wings. Called back to ask if we could get a credit for them making my food wrong instead of driving all the way back. The management said no because she knew she made them correctly. She was more so trying to argue with us to prove a point. We live 45 mins away so we couldn’t make the trip back especially due to traffic. Management needs to change, their not good for business .
