Some of the worst service ive ever had the woman in the back didnt even look at me when she took my order. She finished and immediately went to the back and started to eat food and be on her cell phone after i only ordered a chicken sandwich that she said it would take 20 minutes to cook. Also she had on two pink earbuds while taking my order. Please don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else and eat. The person in the front did appear to be working as hard as she could with out help.

The worst place ever. Customer service doesn’t even exist in this place EVERYBODY RUDE! They rush you to order and they get real mad when you order more than 1 thing. If you need a second they’ll walk off then go play in they phone. When you walk in they’ll just stare at you and let you stand at the front counter for however long until you decide to leave. Then if it is someone there to take your order, and they crew up your order now you gotta wait 30 minutes or more and your food be soggy and room temperature. They have the worst attitudes. I’ll die of starvation before I eat there.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I PICK UP AN ORDER FROM HERE. seems like no one gets customer service training anymore. train employees on how to position info and de-escalation. Not passive aggressive demeanors and actions like ignoring customers when they come in and instead bobbing to music with headphones. this place could be so much more efficient for all involved.

Rude service when ordering, took an hour to get food after being told it would be done within 15 mins. The workers would look at people who came in but took forever to take their order. Someone tried getting their attention multiple times but completely ignored them. Overall food was ok. Don’t waste your time waiting, find another place for food.

You can hear the employees cursing up a storm on the line from the front of the store. And one of them dropped the r-slur. I get that people swear on the line, but the r-slur thing was completely unacceptable and incredibly intolerant.
