CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! My family ordered carry out as we were leaving the Indy 500 and ended up not being able to pick up due to the road closures. We tried to explain that we already paid but unfortunately can’t get to the restaurant, but the employees consistently hung up the phone in my face because they didn’t want to deal with it, being completely disrespectful. Since I couldn’t get anyone to stay on the phone long enough to resolve this, I went to the restaurant a couple days later to speak with someone face to face and find out our options. Pick up our meal another day? Refund? Gift card?… nope, not one was an option. I was told by the GENERAL MANAGER that I was rude for not coming to pick up my food and good luck getting my money back. Unbelievable that they get away with treating and speaking to customers so unprofessionally. Best thing to do is avoid the location, drive further if you have to. It’s NOT worth the headache

Walked in to music blasting, employee yells they are doing online orders only. Asks if I have an online order or pick up. I nod. She walks back to the kitchen. I waited 10 minutes to be asked my name.. she grabbed a sack that had been there the whole time and slams it on the counter with and attitude. I ordered 15 wings.. only 10 were there. She said they didnt have time to make more and to take it up with corporate. This location is always a joke. Ghetto acting children with no manners or respect. Loud music so you cant hear anything.. singing and cussing along to the music. Save yourself the time and money and go to another location. I WILL Drive the extra 20 minutes to another location.

I have never been to a restaurant and heard the manager curse the customer out for voicing their frustration that they were waiting for their order for 45 minutes. DoorDash orders were promptly picked up the customers that ordered at the counter and were waiting over 30 minutes. There were children in the store, and the employees were playing Completely inappropriate music with lots of cursing. They were extremely loud and cursing each other out. It was just the most ratchet thing I’ve ever seen. This type of stuff you only see on YouTube. I will never go here again.
