Polite ,Awesome crew, great vibe. Love how they prepared my food with care. My food was made right an in a timely fashion. Chicken is juicy, tender, not too crunchy, greasy, or hard. The fries WERE ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR!! Just the perfect amount of everything! They weren’t greasy or overcooked! And I’ve gone other places and gotten this round about meal almost down to the T! And let’s just say I’m never going anywhere else from now on! They’ve got a customer for life! Mark this place down as a must to visit if you want something different from the daily norm.

IT’S A NO FOR ME! I had Wingstop In Washington state and they were fabulous! I had them here and they were AWFUL!! The wings were way too soft and over seasoned! The fries were very greasy! Someone please give me Rick Ross number! Im sure this wasn’t his vision! Oh yeah and they took too long . I only gave it a star because I had to.

I ordered a combo tenders and wings. Only half of the tenders and wings had sauce on them. It liked like they just poured sauce on top and called it a day. You guys need to toss your wings! How did you miss half of 4 different style wings and sauces!!?? Also I ordered garlic and parmesan wings and they literally poured butter over them and grated parmesan cheese!?? I’ve gotten the garlic parmesan wings from here before and they actually had a real sauce so I know that this was NOT the sauce. They literally poured butter on it and sprinkled parmesan cheese over top… Come on guys… This was the worst meal I’ve ever gotten through delivery. And I used door dash which makes it harder to correct the order. Probably won’t order from here again.

I ordered food for the family online. I get there a little early. The manager asked for the name, and said it being made it will be ready in about 5 minutes. As I waiting I hear them inform customers that they are not taking walk in orders only online, as they are behind. 15 min roll by im sitting infront of all these orders, and a gentleman walks in and they take his order. Another 10 minutes go by and I’m still patiently waiting. Not in a hurry I had nowhere to be. I watch probably about 15 online orders walk in and out. The employees ask me again (probably for the 4th time at this point) name on order. I still wait, another 10 minutes go by. The guy who they took his order in store, they call his name. Now mind you I placed my online about 1/2 before he placed his order. So I asked them hey do you still have an order for SOS (they look dumb founded). At this point the manager and another employee were gone for about 1/2 (maybe on lunch). I still wait. The guy who ordered his food walked back in (about 12 minutes after he lef) and said I have the wrong order (I’m almost certain it was mine, I was standing close to him when they called his name). Remade my order, and let that guy keep the food. I’m still patiently waiting, I do not get upset once. At this points it’s been an hour since I placed my order online. The manager came back in, and apologized profusely multiple times. I finally got my order, and the manager said he would refund me my whole order. I did not ask or complain about any of it. Hours later the manager calls me to apologize again and said he refunded my whole amount. Thank you for making it right! You really didn’t have to, I was okay with waiting as long as my food is fresh and good (which it was).

Went there for lunch today In person it was refused service… Was told they were too busy.. To serve walk in paying customers… Was there last week in the manager She’s like he didn’t want to work… Chubby white guy…. And don’t take it that i’m a complainer… I just think these companies need to take care of their paying customers too..
