I took my daughters here for dinner and after I paid for my order was informed they didn’t have the tenders I ordered. I asked for a refund and they could not give me a refund because there’s no manager. So I said I’d take boneless wings instead. He gave us our order and it had about 8 bone in wings to replace the 8 tender meal for 2 I had ordered. Now I’m waiting for BONELESS wings and hoping they remake the rest since we’ve been sitting here waiting for about half an hour now. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend this location. I would much rather have a refund to go get something I actually want to eat…

I Ordered bone in wings as I wanted to try Latto’s signature flavor “lemon herb remix” however I received a 10 pc boneless. I hate boneless wings. Chicken is already high priced due to shortages. Your main and only entree is chicken. Give me what I payed for. Couldn’t return it because I walked from the hotel. Called the store but stayed waiting for a pick up for 30 plus mins. Horrible customer service experience to be located in a business district within this city center. Although it’s JUST chicken, check your bag before leaving because the front person has no integrity which is a reflection of the company as a whole. Do better.

This was the worst experience for me and my children. We planned to watch the Christmas light show downtown and eat there before hand. When we passed he window walking in you could see the girls all in the back talking and eating. Then we go inside to order and nobody comes to the front even though there’s a loud bell that rings when we entered. Another customer was trying to exchange his drink because he was given the wrong one and hollered after 5 minutes of us waiting. Then the girl walks to the front while eating and very rudely says to everybody waiting it’s online order only and walked to the back. The other customer tried to tell her he already got his food but was given the wrong drink and she finally acknowledged everybody and just kept repeating its online only and I tried asking for the restroom code because my nephew had to use it and she said the code so fast we couldn’t understand her and when we asked her to repeat she completely ignored us. So we just walked out and said forget it. Her attitude was bad and she was very ratchet and disrespectful. Downtown Indianapolis is a place where you would think they would hire people who would bring in customers and make good money. I don’t think this place will be opened long due to employees like this. Good luck wing stop. I’ve never had this issue with my hometown location.

Visted this branch tonight about an hour ago. Workers were very nice until i called back because my order was wrong. I didnt realize until i got back to the hotel unfortunately. I ordered 20 wings and received 10. Also missing 2 sauces. When i called the restaurant to try and get it squared away i was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Which is very weird because they were only accepting online orders and was just messing around the whole time we were waiting for out food. Once i hung up to call again i was hung up on. $30 for 20 wings and 4 sides of ranch is very reasonable. Whats not reasonable is $30 for 10 wings.
