I would rate this place a zero star if I could. We walked in and there was only two workers (I felt bad and I knew that it would take longer obviously). But we walked in and the thermostat read 92 degrees. I sat for 45 mins waiting for food because they were making door dash and mobile orders before my order. Normally I don’t get mad because I work in fast food (I’m literally a manager) so I understand making the online orders but they did not print out until after I ordered.

This was my first time having wing stop. I placed an order online but it got lost. No problem they wrote my order down and made it as quickly as possible. It was obvious they were super busy and had tons of to go orders on top of dine in. Multiple rude customers as well. And they were all calm and handled it well. Honestly they all need a raise for having to deal with all that at once. Just observing the workers you could tell they were stressed and doing their absolute best. And once I got home food was amazing. I hope y’all are getting paid 17+.

I’ve ordered from this location about 3 times now, and every single time my order has been missing items. I ordered 30 wings but only received 20, my fries were cold, and my veggie sticks were missing. The staff are very unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the issue. I will not waste my money on bad service.

Let me start with saying that I love wingstop and somehow keep coming back. I really do like their wings and fries a lot. But man the service is extremely hit or miss, almost everytime I place an online order with an estimated time it goes 15-30 minutes over and I’m sitting there waiting, less frequently do I get missing items or just the wrong thing too. When you do get the food right and on time it’s a great time. It really looks like staffing issue, as I’ve had the very same experience in Muncie too. Really want wingstop to get their stuff together because I want to have a good experience here consistently.

This was my favorite location but now it’s ridiculous I ordered ahead online and was told my order was ready and I come to pick it up and they say they haven’t even started. It took an hour to get my food . They were all standing around hanging out and laughing . I tried to come back today and see if I would have a better experience and the same exact thing happened. Lobby full of people who’ve been waiting also. Ridiculous.

The wings and tenders are always good, but this location is extremely dirty. The tables have food and drinks spilled all over and the restrooms stink and don’t seem like they’ve been cleaned in a while. It’s really off putting to dine in here.

Avon Wingstop it doesn’t take 7 days for a customer to receive a refund for food they never received. I spent $67.30 on food I didn’t even touch because I witnessed your employees digging in their beards, eyes, and rubbing on their face and proceeding to prepare food without washing their hands. Again refund my money for food I never received.

Arrived 25 minutes before closing. Doors were still open, lights were still on. Lady at the counter was turning everyone away saying they’re closed. Don’t bother coming past 11 if they’re planning to close early every night yet still visibly stay open.
