i ordered at 10:02 and didn’t get my order till 10:35. i stood inside waiting from 10:15 till i got the food. my order was placed on the rack at 10:30 the lady taking the orders was in the back smoking so my order sat on the rack for 5 additional minutes while 3 other people were standing at the front talking and doing nothing but stealing corporate hours. i’m requesting a refund for the amount of extra time i had to wait and the fact that rather than handing the complete order to me , they would rather place it on the rack and waste another 5 minutes of my life.

Asked to see manager 2 came up,like I was going to shake tables or throw chairs. Ask to pay 1.49 for extra sauce, was given hot sauce, no Cajun. Get home. I had ranch instead of blue cheese and carrots instead of celery. Will never patronize Wingstop again! Flies in front waiting area.

Came to dine in, place is empty in there but was told it’s gonna be a 30 min wait. Employees were super nice. Big fancy Coke machine with 100 options but only 3 options work. I’ll give the employees a 5 star but whoever is the General Manager or owner is slacking!

I understand everyone gets busy, but this is just sad. First, my favorite food item, the Cajun corn, had little to no season. Second, my wings were mediocre in flavor. Again , they were freshly made but lacked favor. My fries had no season at all. I would never go back to this location again. Don’t come here go to BW3. Customer service is a solid 2.

My entire order was wrong! Didn’t even receive items I paid for. This was also the 2nd order of the night. When I called to speak with someone for a credit, Lexi told me they can’t give me one because I ordered through DoorDash, and they don’t have to deal with it. I waited 4 hours for that! Wow.

Tall miss for how much I paid. I understand that everyone gets busy but to not put sauce on the wings and to not cook them well done when asked makes ordering a little pointless if you think about it. I normally never have a issue here but this past order was simply bad. The pop was flat and to buy a drink you would hope it would be refreshing and I’m sure we can all agree on that.

I went to wing stop at 9:00 to get a gift card and the door shows a closing time of midnight but as I walked to the door a man came out saying they won’t take anymore orders for the night which was surprising hence they didn’t close for another 3 hours. I just wanted a gift card when I walked in 3 employees were sitting at a table on their phones and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked to buy a gift card. It took the help of 2 other employees to figure out how to add funds to a gift card and when it was figured out she handed it to me and said there you go…..I had to remind her that I didn’t pay for it yet her reply was then give me the $20 dollars…..no thanks for not taking off with a free gift card or thanks for being honest. Unfortunately my son loves their food which is good food but the service was horrible and our family went from picking up take out from them at least 3 times a week to maybe once a month all because they can’t treat their customers with respect.

No ice in the soda machine. They are serving flat carbonated drinks but charging a tax for carbonated drinks. I asked for a customer service number Alexis would not give it to me. I would not be surprised if this place closes down…it’s shameful. Fries were cold. One of the workers was shaking the fries and eating a chicken wing. They were not answering the phone for customers who wanted to place a phone order. Manager needs to be fired. She doesn’t even wash her hands. Never eating here again. You only get one star because I could not review without giving you a star but really you all suck!

You can’t make an order over the phone. Then Alix excuse is that they don’t have any change . So they make you have to order more. This is some kind of scam that needs to be reported to the Attorney General. Closing this place would be the only improvement.
