New review, terrible service. Made an online order, tried to call to tell them 30 plus times to separate my wings because the sauces freaking mix and makes my food NOT EDIBLE. This is now like the 6th time this location has done it. Horrible service, they put the phone off to make it busy so I’d stop calling. Horrible horrible horrible!

First and likely the last time we will get WingStop. The only flavor the mild wings had was grease. Ordered all flats for one part of the order and still got drums. Fries were not well cooked at all. Not worth the price we paid.

Always a good meal. I would (and have) drive miles for this ranch dressing. Boneless wings are so great, fattening but great. The counter person is so friendly and the staff all seemed well trained and well managed. Better than our last experience a couple months ago. Food was hot, on time, and good!

Well, where do I start. Essentially, I’ve been a long time customer at the Parmatown location. Nonetheless, as of recently I’ve noticed that the wings we’re getting smaller on random occasions however more recently I got several order of bone in wings the majority were extremely small so my wife call to inform the manager about the size of the wing. In turn she was given a credit. Moving forward as I said I’ve been a customer for a long time so I decided to give that location another chance and the wings were small again. So I called the store and spoke with the manager sharing my concerns/issue. At that point he indicated that she had put in several notes to the distributor about the size. He then put me on hold came back and said that since I had previously gotten a credit there was nothing he could do. I told him that the only reason I came back was because I was a long time customer and hope that I could get a good order of wings but obviously I didn’t. Nonetheless after I continued to express my concerns he said that he would refund me and for me to keeep the food. I told him that I wasn’t trying to keep the food for free and that it would have been great if he would have offered to give me some more wing to make up for the small wing. So I ended up taking the wings back to the location so that I could get a receipt and show him that I wasn’t trying to get free food . He was not nice at all just told me not to come back
