Ordered food online, came in to take my daughter to the bathroom and was yelled at by cashier that they don’t have public restrooms as I was walking towards their restroom. I asked her to repeat what she said because they have a seating area and I never heard of dine- in not having a restroom. Frustrated, I wait a few minutes and say well maybe she means for non-paying patrons. So as she is by the drink machine I ask her did she mean no public access to people who are not buying food. She says no to everyone. I say but theres no signs up and it doesnt say employee only on the door. She then proceeds to tell me ” we dont need no sign” Luckily for me at the area I was standing I was able to see the full kitchen and witness their unsanitary practices. No one was wearing gloves..yuck..the girl in the cooking area yells ” excuse me ma’am you’re not allowed this far back” what did you need? I said my food and i want a refund because Im not waiting 15 min and my daughter has to use the bathroom. Needless to say they took their time doing it and I left. Never ever patronizing there again. I’m calling the health dept in the a.m. Food poisoning waiting to happen!

I got the classic 8pc (half mild & half Hawaiian) with fries. The fries were fries not bad, but nothing spectacular either. The mild wings were definitely very mild so mild that they just tasted like dry chicken with zero sauce. The Hawaiian were a bit better flavor wise, but still very very dry. This is my third time trying Wingstop, but my first time at this particular location since they just opened. The inside wasn’t bad although it’s very small. The girl that waited on me was very pleasant, but the service itself was not that good. Over 40 minutes wait time for mediocre food. I should also mention that the blue cheese is completely inedible I don’t know what that was, but definitely not like any blue cheese I’ve ever eaten…nasty. I probably won’t be returning after three times in three locations having not very good food I think it’s safe to say there are better places for wings.

Took forever to get my food, like 30 mins at least and the time flied since I was speaking to another customer who was waiting for their food so I’m grateful for their seating inside, makes up for the wait. The people stayed out of sight and were chatting amongst each other and they gave basic customer service. No updates on how long your food will take tho, even if you order online, there’s a wait

Online order said 20-25 minutes so I gave them 30 just to be safe. When I arrived not only was my order still not ready they were taking walk in orders ahead of those already placed. One 10 piece order took over an hour! Get home and they put wet veggies on top of cold fries. The wings burnt. Sad part is they had 5 guys in the kitchen. Never again!

Service was good! We have to remember they’ve just opened so spare them a little. But one gripe I do have is that I’ve ordered from there twice. & each time I’ve gotten plain wings but asked for Louisiana Rub. I get more seasoning on voodoo fries. So when someone asks for a flavor. GIVE IT TO THEM! That’s my only complaint so they’re getting 3 stars until I actually get wings with seasoning on them.

Started off a little rough when they first opened last week…I am SO excited by them being in Euclid now. I have been three times already!. Tonight my visit was awesome team members were smiling and polite AND the food was delicious!

Loved this place and the service the cashier asked me to leave a review I see all of the comments about being late… yes they are new! And busy they are doing great y’all and I promise the food is hot my daughter got loose and ran in the kitchen she was met with friendly workers they even gave her a free brownie. Give them a chance they just jumping because they are new that’s all and I watched them without arguing fix any orders that had issues willing which is rare in food now days

FOOD was good , Young girl with red locs had an attitude, i felt like she had a smart mouth on the slick side, other than that food was good, i ordered 5 pc tender combo with cajun corn instead of fries & my boyfriend got a 8pc lemon pepper with cajun, great ranch , everything was season very well!

I waited an hour and thirty minutes after getting off work at six. By the time it was time for me to place my order, dominos is coming in with the workers order! I had to wait five minutes to place my order. Phones ringing off the hook, they kept putting people on hold trying to figure out who ordered the pizza(s). Like 6 to 10 boxes. It was ridiculous. Most of the people there before me, back to back were complaining saying they didn’t even get HALF of there order. The wings were hard. The lemon pepper was salty! It’s sad that when a new place like that comes into a new area and don’t know how to conduct themselves, make the business look good and keep people waiting but is making sure they’re crew of workers order theirs, that business may soon fail.

Disappointed at the service. My fries was open, And cold. We literally live up the street. They left my food on the front porch. They didn’t ring the bell or nothing. Just dropped my food off and left. They didn’t care. My ring camera caught them just throwing my food on the porch. Never again will I order there again. For the amount of money I spent I will not order again.
