Ordered our food via mobile. Got 2 orders of 20 boneless wings (garlic parmesean, lemon pepper, hawaiian) said it was going to be 16-20 mins. I go in to get the food after 25 minutes, and was told they still needed an extra 10 mins to finish. Get the food home, only to find out they gave us only 20 boneless wings.

We’ve ate there twice. Both times the food was really good. I do wish they had different containers. I had just got there as they were finishing up packing it and by the time I got home 5 min later, they were already about room temp and the fries were borderline soggy. The prices weren’t horrible either.

We ordered 56 wings. 30 of which were classic. We received all boneless. We called due to the error. The manager told my husband he was lying and demanded a picture, mind you my mother in law and I had already started eating our boneless garlic parm (6 wings) and hickory barbecue (10wings) wings because they were correct. At this point my husband gets upset but We sent a picture of the remaining 40 wings (per the store they counted 36 in the picture) even with the picture you can see there are thirty six boneless wings according to their count which is more than the 26 boneless we were supposed to have. This manager proceeds to call my husband a liar and a scammer My husband explained he couldn’t take a picture of those wings already eaten. The manger named Bob said he refunded my husband and go enjoy your food you scammer. I called and spoke to a manager Alecia who was very nice and understanding and clarified we would get our refund. This is the second time we have had an issue with this restaurant.We returned because the food is of good quality but will no longer due to the treatment of this first manager again.

I recently took a trip too wing stop hoping for good services and food but no.. the chicken was so undercooked, the food wasn’t even properly prepared right … While I was also at this particular wing stop the new manger bob was very rude too me when I addressed the raw chicken situation. You should not be talking too a paying customer like that… on top of him being rude too me the food was also late he said 20 mins …. It was almost a hour wait just too get 10 wings… but I got the wings undercooked and late .. and he refused too refund me my money … I just feel this place could be underneath better management.. mr.bob… should really be nicer too customers and respect them … I would love too talk too his boss so we can discuss bobs foul mouth…

Picked up order they weren’t very busy. The girl that gave me our food was possibly new, only gave us 1 bag. We were missing half our order didn’t realize until we got home. No big deal it happens I have worked in food industry so I get it. The real issue is the manager, or at least she seemed like the manager. When I called she had an attitude. When I came in she had a bad attitude still. She treated me like I was inconveniencing her. When you spend the money you do here and your understanding you just want your food you should not have to be treated this way. She also was nasty to the employees. I had plenty of time to observe trust me. Again I was respectful and understanding no attitude was needed.
