I order from Wingstop frequently and the wings are amazing!! Unfortunately I placed an order Saturday evening and when we got them there was barely any seasoning! So I called and spoke with the manager Darrell and he made it right and made the wings over and they were fantastic! Thanks Darrell for giving excellent customer service and thanks to the crew for fast and great service and food!! I look forward to my next order!

I went to pickup our family order (almost $50!) and the two ladies were doing a fantastic job when a guy comes in from the back with his coat on and starts to prepare food. I ask him “would you please wash your hands before handling my food”. His response was a real indignant “there is a bathroom back there” and continuing to prepare food. I told the lady I didn’t want food he is preparing without him washing his hands. She was very apologetic, he continued making somebody’s food. This just plain nasty. I’ll call corporate tomorrow. You might want to pray over any good coming from this location until management deals with this

I wasn’t sure about ordering here with so many negative reviews, but our entire experience was five star. We ordered the $.70 boneless wings to go. They are big and well cooked. We had mild, korean bbq, and hawaiian. The hawaiian was not what I was expecting, as there was no pineapple taste, but they were still very good (just different). Also got the veggie sticks. The food was ready quickly, staff was very friendly, and everything was hot, fresh, and good. We liked that the wings are a little bit crispy too. We will be back!

TRASH, ordered online and showed up after the time given just to have the employee tell me that it’ll just be one more minute. There was no one in the lobby and finally after waiting 20 minutes my food was done. It was like they didn’t even start my order till I got there.

They did not get our order correct. We got it home to find things missing from our order. We called back to let them know and we told by a team member they would note our customer profile and take care of our next order. When we attempted to place our order the next time we were told there was no note in the system and that they would not honor what we had been told, even though they were the ones who messed up our dinner. Very poor customer experience and service!!!!!! Do not recommend this location.

I was happy that our food was on time and still hot. But I ordered Voodoo fries and when we got to the car to eat, I realized they only gave me cheese fries. I sent my husband back in the store to get it fixed. The guy at the desk told my husband that he didn’t make the fries…? I really don’t care who made them, I just want them fixed! When my husband brought them back they were still incorrect. All the did was slap ranch on my fries. They didn’t put the Cajun seasoning on top like voodoo fries are supposed to have. I didn’t want to go back in there a 3rd time to have my order fixed. By the looks of it, the employees don’t know how to make stuff on their menu or dont care about getting people the correct items. I have been to 3 different WingStop locations around Columbus and they are all horrible about customer service and getting orders correct. So sad because I looove wing stop!!

The last two times I have ordered at this location, I was waiting around 30 minutes past the requested time. The order was placed 2.5 hours prior. This is not the first time this has happened after I thought about attempting to give this location another try. I believe someone did not show to work today from what I overheard. Additionally, people were given food out of order. Someone who arrived after me received their food before me. The food tastes fine, other than wings it’s just the wait that’s an issue. I recommend finding a different location.
