Either I got extremely lucky, or Wingstop has some of the best boneless wings (let’s be real, flavored chicken nuggets) in the game. DAMN they were good. I feel so dumb raving about boneless wings, but the flavors were great, the outside is satisfyingly crunchy, and the inside is tender and juicy. My mom just ordered wings for my brother and I and we picked up our order because we were in town. We live in London and when we got home, my mom was upset because they messed up the whole order. My mom told these people boneless wings they gave us the opposite. My mom called out to the store talk to the guy that took the order. She said I told you but unless he said well, we can refund you the money or you can bring the meal back up why would my mom drive 30 minutes back to a store and less they want to pay for her gas in her time so my mom said no she wanted a refund. The guy said that he would get his manager to get her the refund the manager gets on the phone and starts arguing with my mom calling her a liar, saying that he was not gonna refund her money or anything and then he told her the only choice that she had was to drive 30 minutes back to take the food back I heard my mom make the order I heard the way the manager was talking to my mom. This place is horrible and these people need to give my mom her money back.

I haven’t been this disappointed in a while. I had heard good things from others and had to try for myself. Right when I walked in the first thing I noticed was that almost all the tables were dirty. After I ordered my food, I waited for 40 mins just for my food to be cold. The place was not busy and yet the employees decided they would leave the tables and floor full of trash. I got the Classic Htlot sauce, it was very bland and not even remotely spicy. The fries were pretty good, but it’s a wing restaurant. So I wont be coming back after today.

The food is fine but Sarah was screaming at employees trying to clean up around the waiting space and was screaming about covid from behind the counter and causing a scene she was an employee and made the overall waiting experience horrible and had my wife and I on edge the entire 20 minute wait

This location has to many issues to discuss. The manager at this location on 9-23-2022 around 10:26pm is extremely rude. Random guy in the back with long hair was talking so derogatory it was so uncomfortable. Order was made wrong. Manager acted like I was a problem to be in there. Chicken was not cooked fully and fries were raw. Very disappointed. Don’t let the guy with the long hair cook anymore. He obviously doesn’t know how to make chicken. How sad. Letting go of this location.

First time we went was great we had a very nice African American woman take our order however we have been unable to order from this store since! Every time we come in now a Caucasian woman says that they are no longer taking orders one time was for a snow storm which I can understand except for the fact they were still taking door dash orders, I was tempted to order on door dash just to prove a point but just decided to go somewhere else then again recently we were turned away 40 minutes before close with them saying they are not taking orders and the same Caucasian woman working the front. She has single handedly been the reason why we’ve been turned away twice now and my husband doesn’t want to come here anymore now and wanted me to leave a review in hopes things will change and I hope so too but I’m pretty sure for this place it is just going to depend on the worker you get that day
