Wings were completely wrong, I ordered cajun dry seasoning and they gave me buffalo sauce some how. Then fries were so soggy you could cry not only that but my husband’s boneless wings were so heavily sauced it was like soup…. We useto like ordering from here but after 5 times of getting the wrong order im just gonna say no more, yall can honestly just forget it.

Went to pick up my online order here and I’m glad it was online. 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday and the dining room was trashed. My feet were sticking to the floor, only half of the tables were free from previous diners garbage. I’m hoping the kitchen has better cleanliness than the dining room. There were 4 people in the kitchen.

I’ve never had problems with this Wingstop. I love coming here especially cause it’s closer than the other Louisville locations because I live very far. I came yesterday and I didn’t think to check my food because it’s never been wrong, but I got home and my food was wrong this time. I called it in and spoke with the manager,Tyrell, he was very apologetic and replaced my order when I came the next day. He’s got a great smile and his customer service was excellent!!

Horrible experience!!!! I did a door dash order at this location and it was horrible. They couldn’t find the order in the system which isn’t a big problem I know situations like these arise. But the way the manager handled the situation was awful! She needs to be FIRED!!! She was very disrespectful in what she said. She was gossiping about me to the other co-workers. SHE WAS EATING CHICKEN ON THE LINE that I know she didn’t pay for which is theft. She was also talking on her cellphone while cooking. I give this experience a 1/10. The only reason I won’t give it a 0 is because the nice lady on the front register. She was a delight to talk to and she needs to be promoted to manager because she handled the situation 1000% better.

Beware This location takes advantage of folks that don’t pull up the full menu online when ordering in the restaurant They over charge folks and do not offer the true menu when ordering from the menu board inside the restaurant. My family member was incorrectly over charged the other day and I stopped in the next day. The GM didn’t seem concerned since it was from the previous days business but took my info for the District Manager but no one has ever reached out. Would not recommend this location.

The staff is always friendly and they work hard. The food is always good quality. So good of quality that my cat rubbed up against the carrots and celery box I got from them like she was getting a catnip high (she didn’t eat it, she just fell in love with it or something). Enjoy!

On Dec 30th placed an order for 30 wings received 15 ..manager said he would credit me for 15 on my next order. Today I was told the credit was no longer good bc that was 2022. So basically my credit was only good for 1 day. Will never order from this location again. Bad service even worse management.
