Outerloop in Louisville…Don’t waist your time with this place. We ordered 20 PC boneless and 6 PC boneless wings meal and we got what looked like the bottom of the bag Crumbs. Called the next day to to see if we could get it fixed but because we didn’t have the food to return because it was the next day since we work late and they closed they wouldn’t replace it or refund the the money. Didn’t seem to care that I said we won’t be back or that we were gonna take our business elsewhere. Just said ok.. Wouldn’t even give the 1 star but they made me pick it to leave review

This Wingstop was a huge disappointment. I ordered a 10-piece traditional wing combo (5 lemon pepper 5 Hawaiian). Half of the wings were undercooked and the container had a lot of oil in the bottom. The fries were good.

Very slow. I’ve eaten here before and the chicken was pretty tough and chewy. And I’ve also picked up doordash orders from here too. Takes forever everytime, a lot of the times you’ll tell them the name, they say okay. They’ll put that person’s order on a little shelf in the back and then randomly grab it after 10 min a be like oh are you here for so and so. If you pickup orders from here maybe ask the employees if that’s your order everytime they set a new order on their shelf in the back.

The wings are always however, if you plan of stopping here don’t do so in a rush, you will always be waiting at least 45 minutes for your order. There can be 4-6 employees there and it will still take forever, and no I’ve never seen them super busy. The fries also have a weird texture and it seems like only half of them get seasoned.

Orderd 20 bone in wings mild sauce the wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce they gave me 20 wings with enough sauce on the side ,enough for about 2 wings. Place sucks everyone should be fired , no personality acted like I was incontinence them.

Ordered online and said it would be ready in 20-30min. Showed up after 30 min. Someone was ordering at the store in front of me. My order was not ready for another 30 min. And everyone that ordered there had there’s before mine. Waited an hr and 15min all together then got home and no cheese on my cheese fries. This was on my birthday. Also not the first time. Foods great just never worth the wait.

Food: it’s usually greasy, but today it was undercooked. My tenders are ice cold. The bone-in should’ve been extra extra crispy, but there was no crisp. It’s almost rubbery. Gross.
