Just don’t. Customer service-HORRIBLE. Wait time-HORRIBLE. They literally have no structure or concern for anything at all especially not the customers. I love wing stop but unfortunately, I can’t deal with the hassle of trying to get food from here anymore. No one taking orders (told us to order online because they already cashed out the drawer at 5pm). Everyone just moving around with no urgency. Lol it’s a real joke.

First and last time at this Wingstop because I cannot deal with pisspoor customer service lol. I unfortunately went through the process of ordering online, paying, and getting every confirmation possible that my order would be ready at a specific time. Get to the restaurant only to find out that they’re closed – orders are completed and sitting on the rack to be handed to people, yet employees are telling everyone (very rudely might I add) that they’re closed and aren’t opening doors to hand out anything to anyone. Either the hours of operation need to be updated or we’re leaving work whenever we want to and aren’t telling anybody. I stood in front of a glass door for about 5 minutes (I’m sure it was less than that I’m just being dramatic) and pretended to be invisible because they absolutely ignored me. You never know what kind of day people are having but that’s very weird behavior, but not uncommon for the franchise so I guess at least they brought home a nice meal or 6

First and foremost if you don’t read anything else: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I stopped by this location to get supper for the family on the way home. I live 20 minutes away. I placed my order and patiently waited for the food to get ready. About 15 minutes and I was called to the counter to pick up my order. I told them thank you and headed out to the truck to go home. I did not check the order. Yes, my fault. I drive 20 minutes home and go to give out the food and low and behold my wife’s food is missing. Like completely. I give my kids their food and leave mine on the table to head back to the store and get hers as I do not eat until the family eats.

I have ordered five times from the Flowood location in the past two months and they have not gotten my order right on any occasion. Twice when I got home the wings did not have any seasoning on them. The orders have been short of wings on two different occasions and short on fries and once on veggies ( carrots and celery). Their drink machine only has two or three selections that work and there is never in tea in the dispenser. I am surprised that this location has not shut down.

I have recently ordered ONLINE and when I arrived to the store at approximately at 9:20 p.m on July 3, 2023 there store was closing operation hours are from 11:00 a.m – 12:00 a.m. Why when I arrived to the store they are closing? No CASHIERS to ring up orders. No one knows how to work the register. You need to learn to cross train ALL of your employees plus you’re losing money. They DON’T answer the phone. Employees park in front of the building. That should be for paying customers. I went inside to get my order and all employees are sitting down. This place is a joke.

I do not know what games this facility is playing, but I placed an order and paid for it online 20 minutes ago. They’re suppose to be open until midnight. We go to pick up the order and there’s a sign on the door saying they are closed. We see employees walking around and they see us, but will not open the door. So, we just paid for our family dinner online and can’t get our order. I will be filing a formal complaint. I want a full refund and I will let social media know of this as well. This is utterly ridiculous.
