We ordered a meal for two and waited 40 minutes to get it!! This place was FILTHY and I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down by the health department! No customer service and the food isn’t worth the time, especially with how dirty it is in there. I would be worried about getting sick

The food was great, but the service was terrible my last visit. I placed an order online only for them to close early and not give me my food that they claim they had made when I got there because they closed earlier than advertised. I had to make three trips to the store before the issue was resolved, and didn’t receive an apology for wasted time or gas.

This Wingstop location is horrible. The staff has a nonchalant attitude, unprofessional, no sense of urgency and they are bias towards orders. I placed my order online through the mobile app, ya know, to avoid a long wait time. I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order. The app showed that I had 6 minutes to wait. No biggie, would’ve given them 10 minutes. Upon arriving I gave the lady my name and told her I had placed a mobile order. She said they’re working on it. Cool, no problem. Tell me why I waited 45 additional minutes to get my food. (Now I’m late going back to work) UNACCEPTABLE! There were 2 young ladies who came in 10 minutes later after me. They placed their orders at the counter and received their orders before I got mine. REALLY?!! SMH! Don’t get me started on the piles of trash in front of the door along the side walk. GHETTO!! This place will never get another dime of my money.

It takes very long time to receive your food. At least 40 plus minutes. So the delivery drivers get $2.50 to deliver food to their customers. So they don’t even make $ 5.00 an hour if this kind of slow service. I think they do need a separate cook for delivery drivers. That’s only my opinion.

Man at this point shut this store down. I manage olive garden and on one shift I’m the busser chef dishwasher host prep and this place can’t cook the same thing every day? At this point it’s nothing less than bad management…. You mean in the time it takes to cooks steaks and salmon y’all still can’t cook wings? I mean u do the SAME thing every day…if y’all fire the gm here il come and build it back up within 3 months or fire me. I’ve open and closed so many restaurants around Jackson ridgeland yet this place can’t simply cook WINGS???
