The carrots are not peeled properly. The celery has rotten spots on them ,and the chicken is bruised. Some have broken bones in them. I called the order in. When I got there. The workers didn’t have the order ready after twenty minutes . And they did not even know what I ordered. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This is the second time I’ve ate at this location, the first time was opening weekend and it was HORRIBLE! after many months has passed i decided to give it another shot. Plain and simple food was terrible, fry’s were cold, missing items, dry wings. Had to actually go get dinner after paying for that.

Order taken pretty quickly- drink machine had lots of options. Had to wait 30 min for some tenders and fries. Was t even that busy. Just a lot of people waiting for orders. They were averaging completing 1 order every ten minutes. I just wanted to try the food once, will be my last time.

I ordered their 20 piece boneless wings meal deal in original sauce. They were hot tangy and delicious. The fries were insanely good as well. What ever seasoning they put on them is amazing! It’s sweet, salty, and spicy! Hits all the right notes on the tongue. It’s legit mildly addictive. I’m also a big fan of the less crispy types of fries, so these home style fries were right up my ally. Only draw back is I wish their website would have let me know they were only taking online orders. Would have saved me some time. The staff was super nice about it though. I would definitely get food from here again. They also carry the 52oz containers of the simply lemonade. Which is the perfect pairing for a take out dinner for two.

Should’ve listen to other reviews. This was an awful experience. Ordered 3 wing meals. The fries were cold seemed to have been setting for an extended period of time. I was supposed to receive lemon pepper wings instead I was handed some made up mixture of lemon pepper, hot, and teriyaki sauce. The best part of the meal was the water. To top things off customer service was rude disrespectful. To the point it seem like standard practice to treat customers rudely.

Absolutely horrible! We placed our order over the phone to pick! When we arrived no one greeted us! We stood there for 5 minutes and no one said anything and they saw us! One of the workers came in from outside stood in front of us 45 minutes fixing his clothes staring outside handling the register without washing his hands he never greeted us he never asked if we needed anyting! Finally my husband said hey we need to pick up an order! We got our food and left! The wind’s really needed to be crispy and they were not and the food was cold! Scary it actually felt like being in Memphis!! We do not recommend this location!! Just to be we are the same color as the people who work there and from one black person to all of them, you are embarrassing!!

The lady at the front taking orders was extremely rude and snappy with me. The frys were cold and the wings were extremely oily and dry at the same time. there was coke mix pouring out from the bottom of the machine getting all over the floor where you had to stand to be able to get your drink. the manager was the only good part about this store he was very nice but other than that i would recommend you never come here. Lady’s name was shallon at the front and she was extremely rude.

We ordered delivery through their website. They go through doordash. Our order never showed up (stolen by the doordash driver. Showed delivered with a picture of a black wall) We have no way to get our money back other than going through our bank. You can tell they have dealt with this problem before and don’t care. A lot of trouble to go through for some mediocre, expensive frozen wings. Stay far away from this place. They will steal your money.
