I love the fact that this location is doing a turnaround with new ownership and new management ship. They have changed a lot they have actually cleaned the store and the food tastes fantastic I’ve been able to sit down and eat my food in the lobby and watch TV which I couldn’t do before hand

Very unhappy with WINGS they were very small and under and over cooked, I did like the corn and voo do fries, had to send fries back order voo doo but fries came out just like French fries and they had to take back and put seasoning, ranch and cheese on them and drink machine malfunctioning NO STRAWS for sodas told employees they looked under station and said nothing and never gave us straws, I use to love wing stop but very disappointed today, maybe I came in on bad day. Customer service not good today nor the wings, we had original fried, lemon pepper, bbq, garlic parmesan or order was 29.57 thought for that kind of money it will he better.

I’ve only eaten here once, attempted twice. The first visit was excellent in terms of service and food. However, the second time I went, I was stopped by the employee in the parking lot, who was chatting to people in a car, and told if I wanted to order I had to do so online due to “shift change.” I went back to my car, and the employee went back inside and began playing on her phone.

Went there at 11:15pm one night when I was starving. They close at midnight. Was told rudely by some young kid that they are only doing phone orders. Thankfully Buffalo Wild Wings was up the street and they served me. Wont ever stop at any wing stop again.
