The WingStop was good but not great. They are slow, but since it is made to order, I felt it was acceptable time frame. Seating area is limited but it was not crowded so that was ok too. The order was incorrect, I ordered garlic parmesan, however it was just parmesan.. If there was any garlic – it was minimal at best. Staff was friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and drink station was well stocked.

I have ordered wings 3 times on-line at this store. The first time it went without a hitch. I showed up my wings were ready and I got them and left. The next two times was a different story. I ordered mid-day for a dinner time pick up. When I arrived the wings weren’t ready, in fact they hadn’t cooked them yet, so I waited about 15 minutes in store for my preordered wings. Of course they apologized and had a reason why this happened. But when you preorder you don’t want a reason why your order isn’t ready, you just want your order! All three times the wings were very good but it isn’t worth the failed operational store management to get food from here. Did I mention I wasn’t the only one waiting on their order. There was 5-6 other people also waiting. A few of them were the food delivery services, so you know these are all preorders. Next time I order I am going to try the LaVergne store, maybe I will have better luck there.

This place has made drastic improvements lately! For the past three weeks I’ve been in once a week to place a carry-out order (place order, run into Kroger and then come back to get the food) and they’ve been great. I’m greeted when I come in, they take the order promptly and have the food ready in about 20 minutes, and everyone who’s spoken to me has had a good attitude. I live in Murfreesboro but I know better than to go to that Wing Stop. Nothing like driving out there and realize that they’ve closed early (one time at 6 pm) or it takes an hour or more to make your food. I’ll drive to Smyrna every time over that.

They are extremely slow ! I ordered online for a 6 piece combo and it told me 25 mins . 45 mins later I’m still here waiting. I don’t recommend and should have listened to the reviews.

Placed an order to be picked up well before they closed, at midnight. I showed up at 11:20, a full 40 minutes before closing and they almost refused me saying that they had closed. Very rude and very unprofessional. If your hours have changed just change them on the website/ google.

The manager at this location is great! Wednesday I came in with my sister and the young staff messed up our $30 orders and gave us cold food . After we spoke to her Thursday morning , she made sure our order was corrected , hot , fresh, and provided excellent customer service. We traveled from Murfreesboro because the Wingstop there is horrible . I’m glad she fixed the situation so that we can feel comfortable returning ! Thank you !

Literally just walked in and the lady very rudely told us there would be an hour wait without even greeting us. We drove from murfreesboro since ours in never open… so we said okay we can order and just come back in an hour. She looked at us like we were crazy for having the audacity to be in her store… we asked if we could just order and come back and she again very rudely huffed and said LIKE I SAID it’ll be an hour. Not even giving us an option to order. There was not even a single person in the store besides the 3 or 4 workers.

Ordered online, walked in when my order should have been ready, told the girl the name on my order when I came in, 20 minutes later she asks my name again then tells me she doesn’t see my order. Why not? Because they simply haven’t pulled it, therefore haven’t even started it.
