I will never go back!! Ordered online wasnt ready when i got there at my time. My sandwich was dry, nothing on it that was supposed to have been and my bun was so hard on one side. And the fries were so soggy and flimsy. No hairnets, and no slip resistant shoes on do the health dept even bother. This place use to be so good but, its gone down hill and i will not be back.

Food is good when they have it. Tried to get a chicken sandwich 2 days in a row and they were out of chicken breast tld us they would be in the nxt day and that wasn’t the case! Poor Customer Service. The food was packaged in an unacceptable manner. The paper sack was unsealed. The label that is supposed seal the order was slapped on the side of the bag. It was wide open and my fries were sitting in the open air. Needless to say, the food was cold. I attempted to call the restaurant over 5 times within an hour and a half to no avail. I am surprised that this location is still open based on the lack of customer relations skills and numerous complaints in the reviews. I wish I had read them prior to ordering. I Do Not recommended patronizing this establishment.

Okay so first I would like to say that the people who work her are awesome. They are very nice and do a great job on food prep, and food service. What the real and only issue is her is the disgusting atmosphere. It is nasty, dirty and sticky everywhere. I actually stepped on the mat by the fountain drink machine and realized it was full of spil soft drink. Gross! Eat here take out only.

Worst location. They prioritize door dash orders and apparently lose online orders. I had the pleasure of stopping by on a Friday night. Music blaring, hot as Arizona and a complete lack of empathy for losing a $26 order. Manager discussing business about the computer not working being on the customer. Unprofessional. Ghetto and I won’t be back. Do yourself a favor make that extra trip and drive on to metro center.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced! When I arrived there was one other customer there, and they already had their food. Seemed like they were buddies with the staff. Yelling, shouting, and swearing from across the kitchen. They didnt even greet me and told me I would have to wait until they were done talking to help me. I hadn’t even said anything. I ordered one thing and they rang me up for something completely different. When I asked about it he said it was my fault and I should have been more clear and wouldnt change the order. The guy also told me I needed to pay with cash because their machine is broken. When I said I didn’t have cash, he told me I could run my card. He made me run my card twice even though it had been approved! Said because the ticket didn’t print all the way, the payment didn’t go through. I ran my card again. When it printed the rest of the way he said, see, that was your fault, not mine. All around just a horrible experience.

Successfully placed an order about 850pm (everything says they are open until Midnight) and showed up to pick up my order at the appropriate time about 20 minutes later. Was yelled at by the staff who said they were closed and I didn’t get my order in on time because they shut it off including the online at 9. Incredibly rude. The 25.00 has cleared my account.
