The woman with the beard that was working the register taking orders needs to learn how to take an order. She rushed us through our very simple order of 2 10 piece traditional lemon pepper combos with ranch dressing. She rang up 3 drinks and 1 combo and then got the biggest attitude when I said that it should be 2 combos instead of 1 drink and the two drinks that come with the combo not 3. I mean the biggest attitude. The place smells like roaches and it’s disgusting everywhere that you look. There’s a random unattended kid doing flips over chairs and tables. The music is blasting. Every surface is disgusting sticky and covered in crumbs. Her finger nails looks like she just played in dirt. I am fully disgusted. Worst Wing Stop location I’ve ever seen. I mean for real this place smells like roach poop.

Horrible. On National Wings Day I was given wings that were not fresh. Appeared to be wings that were reheated. The tables were not wiped and there was trash sitting on counter where napkins and plastic wear is available. Need a trash can in store. Store refused a fresh batch of wings because I had bit into one. I tossed wings on counter and asked them to throw them away. She said don’t throw them at me. I did not do that. Need customer service training here. Very dissatisfied.

Worst restaurant ever! I ordered lunch today and ran in to get it. Immediately after walking inside the front door, my shoes got stuck to the floor. I looked down and the entire floor was covered with something like goo. There was literally food and paper stuck to the floor. I’m talking about from the front door to the side where the beverage machine is was absolutely filthy!!! That floor couldn’t have been mopped in months! I hate I ordered food there and should have asked for a refund. Also the service was terrible. There’s a bunch of kids working there playing in the back (you can see straight back there) and there was no one at the counter to greet me for at least 4-5 minutes. I will NEVER return.

I love Wingstop bro, who doesn’t right? I’ve stopped ordering delivery because they always have something missing if not multiple items. I started getting pick up so I can check right then and there if I had any missing items. TO THIS DAY (currently waiting for my missing items) they continue to ALWAYS have missing item in my order. If you’re gonna order from this location MAKE sure you check your bag to see if you’ve got everything. Don’t know if they do this on purpose or if it’s an honest mistake. But every time??? I understand they stay busy throughout the day but c’mon people. They always give me what I’m missing I’ll give them that but I’d much rather not have to wait those extra 10-30 minutes for my missing items to be replaced.

Arrived to store for a pickup order at 11:19 am on 1 May 2023. Orders are not ready or at the least even started. The establishment is extremely dirty. Wish I would have scrolled down the comments before I ordered Uber eats from this location . First question.. WHAT KIND OF SAUCE ARE YOU SUBSTITUTING FOR CHEESE?! When I say the cheese on my fries literally made me sick to my stomach. No taste and the most horrible “cheese” I’ve ever tasted. I’m sure it was old or not even real cheese. You should be ashamed. The wings were just as bad. The wings were barely cooked… soft and oily with NO flavor. The best part of my Uber eats meal was the ranch. Close this location down before this location ends up with a law suit. Nasty establishment with HORRIFIC DISGUSTING food. Throwing up while writing this review. Send help.

Very long wait, about 40 minutes, for 9pm on a Wednesday (school night) and my order was incorrect. The drink machines were out or low on several options. Biggest complaint: I normally check my food before I leave a drive thru or restaurant but this one time I figured hey its wings and I’ve been waiting a long time how could they mess that up…well I was wrong and they messed up my order. I ordered 6 boneless wings and it came with 2 sauce options, I chose cajun and bbq, I got 1 cajun that was half the size of 5 bbq wings and they were not fully covered in bbq sauce. The chicken was okay and the fries were good but too salty for my taste. My sister’s order was not correct either, she ordered veggies and received fries. She also asked for a dipping sauce and it was not in her bag. This was my first time going there and I unfortunately I do not care to go back.
