Food was good. Service was good. Only issues: didnt get a fork and ranch with my order which they promptly fixed. I would prefer the fries be slightly crisper. The floor was very slippery. Bathroom stank…but may have been because someone had just used it. The ranch dressing is good. Original hot sauce is good. I would recommend this place.

Im not a very hard critic but this sucks! the food is good but the customer service and service times are bottom of the barrel! I waited 10 minutes at the register before anyone attempted to take my order. Employee laughing and joking instead of working to get the lobby full of people out. people not wearing gloves over false nails, people cutting veggies with no gloves, picking fries up again no gloves!!! this is my second time trying them but most definitely will be the last! just pitiful service. I went to Wingstop for lunch today with my coworkers. My teammates go to Wingstop regularly, but this was my first time. I had the classic hot (buffalo) and lemon pepper wings. They were delightful. The celery sticks I had were very fresh. I judge restaurants harshly by the celery sticks they give. These celery sticks were fresh from the field and juicy. The ranch sauce they use was really good. V, who works at the register, I found to be particularly delightful. I was experiencing back issues and had trouble walking. Aside from being very pleasant, V followed me to my table after I grabbed my food and pulled my chair out for me and then pushed it in as I sat down. V has very great customer service skills and seeing as to how that can make or break a business, it’s important. I’ll be returning.

Worst Service Ever. I stood in front of all the employees for someone to acknowledge me. Did not happened. I told an employee I had placed a takeout order. Long Story Short. The staff were the most rudest unprofessional people I have ran across. One staff became really irritated because I complained. He began singing about my food. Can’t make this up. Please save your money and time. This was my first and last visit. No thank you.

Store closed 15 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. Tried to call in my order 30 minutes prior to closing and no one answered. Site wouldn’t let me place an order 50 minutes before close and kept giving me an error code. This is so inconvenient and sucks being that I was really craving wings from wingstop. Never again.

The line was literally out the door. You could only place your order online. Something was wrong with their register or system which is crazy. You can’t even come in the store and order food. Very rachet. Plus the staff are not friendly. No one greeted, said hi or anything. I stood at the counter, nothing..until I spoke up and said I have a pickup order. How are the staff still untrained on customer service. All the reviews that are having almost the same experience should tell the manager something. Eventually, someone will go to corporate and I will support their decision!! The food was good, which was the only highlight but not good enough to be treated invisible. I wont be going back. I’ll stick to American Deli and Zaxbys.

I eat at different Wingstop locations very regularly and have never been more disappointed in any Location. It Starts from there General Manager Ken who is giving his employees a very poor example of an organized work place or how to be hospitable to customers. I made an online order of 20 wings and was told they would be done in 20 minutes by the app. I showed up 25 minutes later and they were not ready along with 4 other customers waiting in the lobby for pickup orders. I understood that sometimes you can get behind in the fast food industry, however the General Manager Ken proceeds to call out the order from the line and is very vocal to say if i don’t see the customer in the lobby we are going to skip their order and throw it away. Even though they have already paid for it. 20 minutes goes by since i have been there and Ken sends one of his employees out to tell, now 6 people in the lobby, that any and all pickup orders will be a 45 minute wait from this point in. We can all just see him on his phone in yhe back and not working on any of our orders that should have been done 30 minutes ago. Me and another customer asked for a refund and Ken immediately threw both of our tickets away and said he would refund us once he had caught up on all the orders. At that point we both said if its going to take the same ount of time for you to refund me as it is to get my order i would like to have my order. At this point General Manager Ken at the Atlanta Hwy Location in Montgomery, Alabama decided to refuse service to both me and the other customer. At that point i wrote my name and number down so that they would issue my refund. I Will be back up there today to make sure it was issued and will be sending multiple complaints about General Manager Ken to cooperate because I feel very strongly that this is not the type of person Wingstop wants representing their business.

horrible customer service! nicki rude as she can be w her lil black bonnet. store opens at 11 its 11:25 and they cant take my order because the cashier “went across the street to walmart” nicki taking call in orders and completely ignoring the customers standing in her face. just rude. and no it wasn’t just one call in order she decided to take. It was multiple at least 5 . and she has yettt to take my order Im just wondering when the call ins come in store for pickup how are they gonna checkout if there’s no cashier? & it’s no way in hell i’m letting the call in pick up their food before I place an order. Ion get it. I would have definitely left if this order wasn’t for a large group of people
