Ordered a Sunday evening pickup. The pickup was fast and easy. It’s not a restaurant atmosphere. It reminds me of a more hole in the wall type of place but that wasn’t a concern! The food was good but it depends what you ate. We ordered 30 boneless wings, fries, and all celery. The hot honey rub, celery, and ranch was my favorite part. And if I came back that is what I would order. The rest was mild and Cajun sauce. Those wings were pretty soggy but they tasted good so the kids didn’t mind. The hot honey rub seasoning was dry like it says online but I didn’t taste any honey flavor. Luckily I just bought some honey the other day from the store so I threw it on. It made it 10/10 so thankful for that. Lol I’m not sure if we will be back. But if we do I’ll let y’all know if it’s a hit yet.

I ordered ahead of time through the app, got there a little early and I was surprised when the order was ready earlier than promised. Everyone working there is fairly nice and they have a huge drink selection in their Coke machine and everything was refilled except the lemon flavoring. You guys NEED to try the new Orange Szechuan flavor for the wings. It’s the perfect combination between sweet and spicy and their Cajun fried corn is delicious as well.

Food was great! Although we weren’t told there wasn’t any ice until after we bought our drinks. Sodas were hot. Planned to dine in but left instead to buy a cold drink. Other than that the food was good and a great price.

Horrible service I called initially and the host Peterson told me to hold I waited and then the host Peterson hung up the call. Luckily I was 5 min away and when he hung up I was there already. When I came in I asked why he hung and he stated sorry he was busy but he was not when I arrived . Then I proceeded to give him my order told him I’m exactly what I wanted 10 wings one garlic and the other mild with Cajun corn . The Host then charged be without repeating the order to me the wrong amount . Once I received the receipt he had charged me fries and Cajun corn when I only requested Cajun corn . Once I requested a refund he stared at the wall twice and kept looking around clueless as what to do and then I requested verbally a refund and he proceeded giving me change from the tip jar but it didn’t make enough for the change back . Then he finally opened the register and gave me 2 dollar and the rest in tip jar change . This experience was unbelievable on top of that once I received my order the order was completely wrong by then I was home already he put the wrong sauce ( ranch ) I requested blue cheese and the wrong type of wing seasoning which it does states in the recipe what type it was but he put lemon pepper instead of garlic parmesan that it stated on the receipt at this point this seemed intentional and I do hope a manger hears about what Peterson had me go through it was just wrong . From start to beginning and me having to pay more because of his errors is ridiculous very disappointing in the service conducted .

Waited 40 mins for 10 wings and 2 ranch. I paid for 2 ranch and only got 1. I understand you guys get kickbacks from online sales but you should prioritize the people that come to your establishment and spend money. If you’re hungry call ahead and check your order b4 leaving.. food was great but if it wasn’t for that I’d never return.

Horrible service. 16-21 minute eta on app, 35+ minutes waiting for food. The carryout process is terrible. They seem understaffed for the amount of traffic. Wanted to cancel my order as I already spent half my lunch break(waited 15 minutes before going to the store), casheer said he can’t cancel online orders(ordered through Wingstop app). Email I got clearly says contact local location to change or cancel orders. There is no easy option in the app to cancel. So now I’m out 15$ until someone replies. Never again will I go back to this location. Multiple customers there, were saying they were missing food or it was burnt.

I’m sure this is a great wing place for fast food most of the time, but due to COVID, I can’t give an accurate review other than the wings. I wasn’t satisfied with the wings or fries. The mild wings weren’t spicy as expected. Fries were soggy. Prices were outrageous, 30 wings and fries costed $40. & change. So with that being said- could have considered another place for those prices and the quality of food.

The wings here were alright! In my opinion they were way too dry. I ordered over the phone and i wasn’t even given the option of choosing between drums or flats and out of 8 wings i was served with 6 flats ( which is my least favourite part of the wing). The meal could have been better had the wings not been so dry. (Their brownie was really good though, you should probably give it a try).

The manager by the name of Jose on 5/20/23 was extremely rude. Also his unwillingness to speak to me in English was appalling. He displayed horrible customer service skills. The bathrooms were disgusting and reeked of urine. I have never received such poor customer service, and I will not be visiting this store again

The food was delicious and great portions. The honey bbq boneless wings were my favorite. I will be back. It is a great place for a quick 30 minute lunch.
