What really stood out from this Wingstop was the AMAZING customer service my family received from the staff, specially from Tawanda. Very Slow, mostly due to staff shortages. Food ain’t bad, they have great cooks. Just remember to order wayyyyyy ahead of time.

Service was non existent. Weren’t even asking people if they needed to order or pickup or delivery or whatever. Just a room full of confused people and a girl yelling out order names and ignoring everyone who tried to grab her attention. Another older woman was also helping but was rude when involved to both employees and customers.

I love the food I won’t lie. I ordered ahead app says 20 minutes. I get there it’s almost 1 hour wait time. There are 5 employees moving with no urgency. The lobby is full and it shouldn’t take 4 people to be reading 1 order. It’s almost like they can’t multitask and make 1 order at a time. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this location is horrible. I hate McDonald’s but their employees seem to work with a sense of urgency. I understand one has to wait for food but these employees are the problem. I’m sure wait times can be cut in half if they moved a little faster and if each person worked on 1 thing. Doesn’t take 4 people to put things in a bag. The anger is to the max. People come in to order and they just look at you make you wait to even place an order. If I ever order from here again I’ll be sure to wait 1 hour before even leaving the house.

When you order wings, it’s almost twice the price for ‘bone in’. So I ordered boneless. They were not wings, they were lumps of breast. Don’t call them wings if they’re not wings, it’s a totally different thing.

The service is too slow. If I called in an order at 5 and my order is not done by 5:40 something is wrong. This wasn’t a busy hour it was 4 customers. It’s 6-7 employees on the floor and they walking around in slow motion. I’ve work fast food by the way.

Do not get the Thigh Bites. 10% meat, the rest just breading. Most of the pieces are super small, half of the pieces I can’t even tell if it has chicken in it or if it’s just straight sauced breading.
