Teddy has been amazing every time I am there. My husband loves his wings cooked a particular way and he knows exactly how to cook them. This location is always clean. We have seen many faces but they make sure to get my order correct each time which is another reason we only get wings at this location. Teddy needs a raise, we do NOT want to lose him! To explain in my husband words he went from “maybe wings this mouth” to honey we have ordered over 400 wings this mouth….. if you know, you know.

We will never be coming here again after last week placing an order for pick up when we were missing an entire 10 piece wing. When we got home and checked the bag and realized we called right away. We spoke to manager JOSH. He assured we would be refunded and it has been a week since. We called and spoke to another manager today and she gave told us she called JOSH the original manager we spoke to and he claims he never told us he’d give a refund. It really didn’t have to be this difficult wingstop. Now we can contact cooperate and go from there. Horrible customer service & a bunch of children working there. Josh needs to be fired or trained with better customer service.

This location is hands down, the worst. The staff is incompetent, the food is old and half prepared. And heaven forbid, you order a pickup order…ever, it WILL ALWAYS be incomplete. And, don’t even bother driving back there again…they will NOT make anything right or even acknowledge that you are the customer. Never ever again after 3 consecutive order screw ups. They need to close this location or totally clean house there.

Ordered 50 wings. Got home and only had 40 wings. My husband got the atomic and he liked them. My son had lemon pepper and they were seasoned. I asked for garlic parmagian. The wings had no flavor. There was no garlic at all and the only cheese was some sprinkled on the bottom of the box, about the amount you may find in a small packet from a pizza restaurant.

Sad to say but the majority of the time I come to this location. Someone is so rude. I stood in line for a carry out online order and was completely ignored. A gentleman came in after me and was waited on right in my face. I asked the lady if I was standing in the right spot which was right in front and she said she didn’t se me. Even the customer apologized for something that the restaurant should have done so. Very disappointed the whole staff just stood there and didn’t ask if I need assistance or say I will be right with you. NOTHIng. I will not be back

I just moved to the Land O Lakes area from Tampa. I honestly don’t understand why reviews are so low. The food is always always amazing and I’m always treated so nice, Kennedy is the sweetest and always takes great care of us. I love everyone that works there. I haven’t had wingstop in soooo long because the one in Tampa that was by me was terrible. So I’m sooo happy that this wingstop is just like I’ve always remembered the wings and fries tasting like. Hubby and I go on date night every Thurs and we always say we are going to try a new place and end up coming here lol

The fries were so salty I couldn’t stand it. The wings were also so damn salty and had no other flavor cause of so much salt! I got a coke zero that had a hint of coke and a lovely after taste of metal. I was so excited for wings….don’t bother coming here….

Wingstop has the most consistent wings. Flavors are across-the-board great I prefer the Cajun or classic hot buffalo, but the lemon pepper and other no so spicy are really great. The fries and the ranch dipping sauce are awesome. Staff is either super friendly or kinda annoyed you are there but the food makes up for the latter. Nightly recommend.
